Burleigh Cove Respiratory Clinic - CLOSED

This is a great local clinic to have available when you can’t attend your usual GP for a respiratory infection assessment. The day we attended we had a minimal wait. All staff were kind and professional. My hat goes off to them, can’t be easy working in full ppe all day. I would happily attend this clinic again if I needed to.

An outstanding efficient and professional team. I have visited six times in the last 6 months for my families Covid vaccinations and PCR testing and every time has been a flawless and positive experience. Every single team member from security and checkin team to the medics are polite, informative and put you at ease. Thank you for delivering such an outstanding level of care during such stressful and high demand times. We appreciate everything you do!

The Clinic is very efficient and professional. It is extremely well organised. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Having been cheerfully greater by a receptionist, assessed by a nurse and examined and a consulted by a GP. I received a COVID -ve result within 24 hours. Fast, lots of appointments, nearly always on time, and they actually have a GP on-site who can listen to your chest and prescribe medication if needed. A g'zillion times better than lining up at GCUH for 2+hrs. A godsend since I have a 2y/o who's sick every other week, and my regular GP won't see us when we have COVID symptoms, even if results are negative (face palm).

We took our young daughter for a covid test today and were so well looked after by Dr Amy, who was lovely and did a thorough assessment of her as well as undertaking the test quickly and with minimal tears. Very impressed with Dr Amy and the team at the clinic, including the friendly security guard.

Had both Covid shots here. Appointment by phone was easy , entered all details on-line, went there at appointment time, walked straight in both times. Professional, courteous, efficient, on-time, and free parking. What more do you want?

Everyone was so helpful, friendly and welcoming. From security at the door, to the nurses and doctors. It was a seamless experience and I was very grateful for the kind treatment. Thank you to the selfless health care workers at BCRC for helping to keep the community safe, and making every covid test a pleasant experience (my partner has also been and feels the same!).

The team at Burleigh Respiratory Clinic are fantastic. They go above and beyond when looking after their patients needs.
My own gp wouldn’t see me (even after 2 neg. covid tests) and had little advice to give me other than rest up. The team at Burleigh got me a prescription for antibiotics & responded promptly to all follow up communication.
In difficult times, like we’re currently in, it’s good to know there’s people who care and are looking to help make a difference.

All staff, including the security guy, very friendly and efficient. I was seen for PCR quickly and was out within 10 minutes. Thank you to the staff..doing an awesome job under a lot of public pressure.

Had a covid 19 PCR test here, booked in same day and got my results within 24 hours. Staff were great and the whole process was smooth. Could not recommend enough, thanks!

Such an amazing team. My first ever test was yesterday and the security guard and team were empathetic and caring. Such a smooth amd quick process too. Great work everyone!

It is just as a vaccination center should be: agile, organized and straight to the point. Huge respect for all the staff working there as I know how stressful working with people can be.

The people inside are lovely and efficient but the security guard was very unpleasant and rude.
