Fitstop Burleigh

This is such a close community that I have become part of. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. I’ve lost nearly 10 percent of my body fat since joining Fitstop 16 months ago. The trainers don’t let you get away with much and are supportive all along the way. I’d recommend Fitstop to anyone.

I’ve been at Fitstop for almost year and it’s never boring! Such a fun gym to be a part of. The workouts vary daily and weekly, the trainers really care and help you every step of the way.

Trainers are always there to help correct your form and get the most out of each workout. Absolutely love working out at fitstop

Mitch who works at fitstop Burleigh was AMAZING! He was so accommodating for me and my friends on such short notice and was insanely supportive in taking the time and effort to learn everyone’s names and skills. We were first timers here and we instantly felt very welcomed and supported by Mitch. And he genuinely cared about giving us the time and day in learning each exercise !! Well done mitch!! A really nice gym with great trainers who definitely get you motivated for a quality workout. Real sense of community. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quality functional workout to build into their routine.

I have been coming to Fitstop Burleigh now for over a year and it has honestly been the best decision for my fitness and lifestyle! I have picked up so many nutrition tips from the challenges that have become habits and feel I'm the best version of myself since training here. The workouts are excellent, the staff are really knowledgable and I have loved being a part of the community. I would highly recommend.

I have always struggled to stay motivated and consistent in one place for long, but after nearly a year of membership I find myself still looking forward to every session at Fitstop Burleigh!! The programming is awesome and constantly changing up with such a good balance of weight training and cardio. The trainers are knowledgeable and supportive and genuinely committed to helping members reach their goals, and the community is friendly and welcoming.

Huge bonus is the kids play area where you can safely leave little ones safely and in your view whilst you work out!

I only recently discovered FitStop and I have to say I’m really loving it. For years I’ve done traditional gyms headphones in, do your own thing walk back out. I’ve tried the other group fitness like F45 and they just don’t compare. So if you’re looking for a hard work out and a great community I would 100% recommend Fitstop Burleigh. The people have been friendly and the staff Kendall, Ryan, Mitch, Elly and co are all great supportive trainers.

Such an epic community and facility. All the trainers are so knowledgeable and help you achieve whatever goals you want to hit, the FS Burleigh community is second to none, everyone is super friendly and it’s a great place to be. I love the workout variety, whilst challenging there are always regressions if you need and if you want to go to the pain cave there’s always Mitch’s “extras” 😬. Kendall, Ryno, Mitch, Elle and Jade are always so supportive and there to ensure you get the most out of every session - Hands down the best facility I’ve ever trained at 🔥

Top place to train even on holiday. Good spacious facilities - top trainers generally and a friendly community. I was very satisfied with both Ryan and Mitch and was even able to get a personal PT session to boot. A recovery centre P3 just around the corner too to deal with the sore muscles. Thanks to all the team it was a good experience 👍

Since I joined Fitstop Burleigh last year it helped me to achieve some many goals and get back on track into my fitness. With a friendly environment, great team and awesome people, this place definitely put a statement in my life!

Being a member at Fitstop Burleigh has made me realise 'Exercise is and should be fun!' The workouts, regardless of your fitness level are always challenging, but also equally rewarding. And the amazing trainers, community and culture not only give you the confidence to set fitness goals, but the ability to achieve them!

This is the best gym I have been to! The facilities are brand new. The trainers are motivating and the classes are a great combination of cardio and weights.
Before the gym opened, we did zoom classes and we were able to borrow equipment to further challenge ourselves.
They play awesome music to pump you up and the trainers push me to try for heavier weights.
I was out with an injured back for about four weeks and the owner/head trainer Kendall messaged me every week to check in and see how I was going. It's nice knowing that you have people there that really care about you and your progress!

Love the team at Fitstop Burleigh. Amazing trainers and amazing members. Fitstop programming is awesome with lots of variety meaning you don’t get bored but there is enough consistency with the movements that you can see your progress. It also makes you want to go everyday!

Fitstop Burleigh is the best gym I have been to. The trainers are great and each class is different. They take the time to make sure your technique is correct and keep you motivated to improve no matter what level of fitness you are at.

as a long standing member of fitstop, the franchise itself is one that I find it hard to tear myself away from! Fitstop burleigh, hands down, has been one of the most incredible locations to train at and I am always looking forward to my next session. Hands down the best gym I’ve ever trained at. Such a supportive, fun community, challenging workouts & is beautifully decked out - everything you want in a gym - an environment conducive to getting amazing results. Convenient space to bring the kids and they can watch their mummas. The trainers Kendall, Mitch & Alana are Ah-mazing always pushing you, really personable and inspiring, they bring the best out of you.
