I asked Karen to assist me with something special for my wife on our 30th Wedding Anniversary. She delivered beyond expectations! My thanks to her for the amazing reception my wife received when we checked into our accommodation!

I came in on a Saturday morning for a last minute flower arrangement order, our friends were getting married that same afternoon.
With such short notice she still pulled off a wonderful bouquet+crown+table arrangement+hanging arrangement+button flower for us as a gift to the bride and groom.
I was worried about a couple of details but her expertise and thoughtfulness really showed through without having to ask or double check, absolute genius.
Outstanding work and reasonably priced.

I called Karen from Ireland late (for me) last night to surprise my sister with flowers on her birthday today 3rd October! My sister lives in Cannonvale with her husband & two small children. Little did I know my sister was on a surprise holiday organised by her husband. Flowers were delivered as promised. Upon discovering this, my sister contacted Karen and she said she would collect the flowers and my sister can call her when she gets back & she will resend fresh flowers.
If that's not AMAZING customer service I don't know what is....
