Best find! I think this may become my new favourite local.
We had a great experience here. Service was good, drinks were excellent, ambience was excellent (even when not that busy).
It is the perfect place for a drink with friends and a good catch up. Cocktails are delicious.
I'll definitely be going back.

Made it back late on Sunday 1 Oct. We went for a nightcap. Little did we know they have $10 margaritas on Sundays after 2pm. To top it off, they weren't weak and tasted delicious! Outdoor and indoor seating available. I have now been here twice and really like this place.
Can highly recommend.

Got a deal on EatClub App (Check it out✔) Mid arvo drinks and food. Bar service tops the blokes behind the bar known the drinks business. Pisco Sour (photo) no problem and nearly like you were in Peru. Starters great oysters, bugs and the anchovy toast the stand out. Shared a burger to finish all good. Only one beer on tap was good. Then paid 30% off food & drinks through the EatClub App booking and bar not out of pocket either great all round. Recommended ✔

My friend and I had a great experience here on Friday night largely thanks to Alyna (apologies if this is incorrect spelling). She was so attentive, kind and personable - providing a level of service rarely seen these days. I hope she can be celebrated in some manner as she left a lasting impression.

Love Gerard’s bar! A great place to start or end the night with epic cocktails and nibbles. The Monday pizza deal ($15 for a spritz and Lebanese pizza) is amazing value and so tasty!

The manager that night who attended us is spot on! She remembered my phone call 1hr before changing our booking time. Not to mention she's very accommodating and will recommend drinks for starters. Kudos to her amazing energy!

Drinks are high on even the food! Make sure you order tapas and pair with your favorite bottle of rose or teq! 👌🏼

AMAZING FIND! The hospitality was simply PERFECTION (thank you so much, Matt!!!) and the food exquisite and servings generous. You have to try the set menu, champagne by the glass and the cocktails are next level. Try keeping us away… Hands down the best bar in all of Brisbane.

One of the best cocktail bars in the Valley. The drinks at Gerard’s are exceptional and the tapas menu is full of small bites you actually want to devour!

Great venue, great menu awesome drinks made by awesome staff!! It just sucks the owner takes the tips... like who does that?

If you're into your cocktails, or you're waiting for your reservation at the restaurant across the carpark, then why not try Gerard's Bar? The drinks are fresh, well balanced, and a little bit fancy.

Only minor observation would be that the cocktail menu does heavily favour gin, which might not be everyone's speed. A couple of simple rum or whisky cocktails might be worth adding to the menu.

A relaxed space off James Street with great staff who are on the ball with table service. Easy drinks list (great selection of party bottles) and we’ll curated food menu, if hungry.

Wonderfull evening highly recommend when you're in Brisbane! Food was also amazing.

So I haven’t been in for awhile. But as before it’s always a pleasure to visit this little hole in the wall. Very well curated cocktails, wine list and beers that seem to change seasonally. I’m never without options at this institution of a bar. Highly recommend and to be honest the staff are just so knowledgeable I’m not afraid of ordering something I don’t know. So don’t be afraid to ask, it’ll make your experience that much better. ✌🏼

We celebrated my husbands 40th birthday at Gerard’s Bar. We had about 40 guests and I had organised a roving magician, undercover waitress/singer and a bag pipe player! The bar manager Steph, and her crew were AMAZING! They were professional, organised, friendly, fun and went above and beyond to help us with what ever we needed on the day. They exceeded our expectations and we are so grateful for their efforts. Well done team!
