Wine Country Tourist Park Hunter Valley

We camped in this lovely caravan park. Kylie was extremely friendly and the whole park had that vibe! From the gardens to the camp kitchen it had everything you needed. Facilities were clean. Awesome location to access the hunter Valley wine region. Love it!

Lovely , green camp-site. Quiet, friendly service, great amenities. The camp kitchen was excellent and provided a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere. Was a nice touch to have some toiletries and other bathroom items available foe guests. Highly recommend

Great campground with very clean installations.
Staff members are adorable : they helped me a lot in getting back something I forgot.

I would like to say the staff here are the most beautiful people I have ever met at a caravan park. They went above and beyond to make sure my son was looked after. We had to keep extending his stay while we waited for a spot in Denman and they were so understanding. Thank you so very much again. You guys rock.

Absolutely recommend staying here if you looking for somewhere to stay to tour the wineries.
Staff are great.
It is in a great location to get to the wineries and just around the corner from Cessnock if you need anything from the bigger stores (Woolies, Coles, Aldis, Big W, BCF etc)

The sites were very large and never felt like you were crowded in, even during the July school holidays.

The amenities are some of the cleanest I have seen in parks.
The camp kitchen is great. Well stocked if you need cutlery or dishes. Has a little lounge area with TV and DVD for relaxing and two large tables.
Has a very nice communal fire to enjoy after a long day of wine tasting.

Will definitely be back

I was here for the Easter weekend and camped. This place is really well located, close to the wineries and has ample space for caravans and big tents. Amenities are very well maintained which includes a beautiful camp kitchen, swimming pool and toilet/bathroom. On top of that they also organise activities, which are loved by kids. This is definitely the place for me whenever I visit Hunter Valley.

We had such a wonderful stay!! We stayed in the two bedroom pool side cabin. It is spacious, clean and has all the comforts of home.

The pool was the perfect temperature to cool down after a busy day at the wineries. Very friendly and helpful staff. A short 3-5 minute drive to a variety of wineries. 5 minute drive to the zoo. 10-15 minute bike ride to downtown Cessnock.

We will certainly be back.

Great little caravan park. Close to vineyards, cheerful helpful staff and very clean amenities. Fantastic place to stay while visiting the Hunter Valley.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Amenities were clean. Location was great for easy access to what the Hunter Valley has to offer. We found it very central for what we wanted and we enjoyed our stay very much

Stayed in the 3 bed onsite. Was more than impressed with the accommodation which felt more like a home than a cabin. My kids were especially enamoured with the novelty of a double shower! Also made the night time routine really easy. Huge kitchen bench space, was such a good spot to have meals at. Lots of storage in the kitchen (I'm envious!). Lots of power points, pod coffee machine etc.

Rooms were very spacious and I appreciated the "homely" feel with the choice of linens and furnishings. Felt really contemporary. They're were even some toys provided for younger kids in the room with two singles.

Small and friendly park. Only met one of the staff but she was absolutely lovely. Even suggested an activity the kids might be interested after seeing us out and about.

Walking distance to "The Mighty Hunter" and about an 8/9 minute drive to The Hunter Valley Gardens. Feels less than that though as it's an easy drive, one left turn and you're pretty much there!

Hard to find a negative honestly aside from the outdoor furniture probably needing to be updated sooner rather than later. Very much still usable though.

Would definitely recommend to anyone considering a cabin stay with kids or those looking for a larger space.

Lovely campsite and reasonably priced - staff very friendly and helpful - all amenities very clean and the whole place was very well maintained. Nice flat sites with plenty of room - water & power supplied plus a dump site. Next time we come to the Hunter Valley this will be the place we stop at.

Also very close to all the good vineyards - its a good walk but doable…. Recommend getting a wine tour.

We loved our 5 night stay here. Centrally located for the hunter valley vineyards, great hospitality and amenities..always busy and great fellow campers. Beautiful herb garden and very well equipped camp kitchen.

Well appointed and cozy tourist park. The kitchen facilities the best stocked I’ve seen with proper pantry with oil and spices There was a cozy lounge area to watch TV or movies, and a ping pong table. Bathrooms were clean and looked after, no funny smells.
Special shout out to Kylie in reception! I left my coat in the kitchen and didn’t realise until reaching a verybdrizzly Katoomba. Not only did she confirm they have it, but saved me the 5-hour round trip drive by mailing it to Sydney.

We stayed recently for a fortnight, great place, tidy, with great reception at entry by Kylie. Both Paul and Kylie were very friendly and approachable during our stay. It is evident that there are small improvements ongoing, new slabs, changes to some bench’s etc in the camp kitchen, which is great and we will be back.
Cleanliness was evident, like all parks, some patrons could assist with keeping up cleanliness.
Thankyou for a pleasant stay and welcoming our daughter and grandsons. It is appreciated.

Great place to stay! We booked one of the little cabins for 2 nights and it was affordable, clean and in such a great central location. Much of the other accommodation in the area was far more expensive, and if you're out all day and really only need a place to sleep, this is perfect. 2 of us were comfortable in our little cabin, with basic cooking facilities, double bed, TV, shower, small dining table, parking spot. Would stay here again for sure!

We have stayed here a couple of times now (we are a family of 4) and will be booking again for July..Sites are such a good size, big enough for us to have our small van and a 3*3 gazebo..New managers are lovely and they have such a thoughtful bathroom setup with items including deodorant etc if you have forgotten yours. ( I didn't need to use any but such a wonderfully thoughtful idea, as we all forget things sometimes!) Camp kitchen is pretty much fully equipped ( even with Vegemite and sauces etc) .. Definitely recommend and will definitely be coming back
