Kresta Awnings Blinds Curtains Shutters Regents Park

I had shutters and blinds installed into my home on the 4th of October, in Greystanes.The gentleman that did the installation were puntial and very professional 👏,
They were so polite and efficient, I highly recommend kresta and the installers.
The products are superior
Quality with amazing appearance, it's made our home look 100%.

After a diobolical experience with an installer they called another guy called Kristian in to do the job the day after....Well I wish I had him from the start..He was professional and completed the job beautifully ..Cleaned up after himself and they need to use him and forget the guy who said he "just not coming" told me the warehouse was closed which was a lie....Thank you Kresta for restoring my faith....I will continue to refer anyone who is looking for shutters...you can sack the other guy...He yelled and screamed at me after I told him it had been booked for 3 weeks ....he told me he didn't care.....

A salesman came and measured us up for blinds and curtains on 7 November. He said we will receive a written quote the next day but as yet (3 weeks later) we have received nothing . No quote or phone call.
Needless to say we have gone with another company.

Awhful service, disinterested staff in showroom, still waiting on quote.

Beyond their useless blinds, my experience with everything else Kresta has been a hot mess. The salesman ordered double blockout blinds rather than the blockout and sheer we ordered. This got missed by everyone involved in the process up to installation. Its been over 9 months since we ordered these blinds and I'm still waiting for a resolution. I kid you not, I have literally fathered my first child while waiting for these blinds.

We actually needed blinds for the remaining windows in our house since, but went with Wynstan even though we knew they wouldn't be identical. They finished their install months ago, well and truly lapping Kresta's service.

Note: my issues began with the Penrith branch which have since closed and are currently transferred to the Regents park branch, so leaving my review here.

Mary came to take measurements (incorrect) at the beginning of December 2019. We still haven't got all of our panels installed and is now March 2020. She took the wrong measurements of few of the doors and windows which is very embarrassing. Never even called to apologise or speed up the process. I have been dealing with Carol from customer service who said that she ordered the correct panels at end of January 2020 and they were meant to be installed mid Feb 2020. After that apparently Carol resigned and they haven't allocated a new person to replace Carol and deal with customers. I called the office and insisted to deal with a manager, they transferred me to Danny who is now telling me that the panels will arrive by early April 2020. It will take 5 moths (if we are lucky) for us to have all panels and roller blinds installed. It took 8 months for our house to be built, just as comparison. I am very disappointed of the customer service, quality of product and lies I have heard over the past 5 months from Kresta.

I rarely post negative reviews, but this company infuriates me so much that I'll make an exception. The blinds were ordered in October 2020 and the installer finally came in February 2021 after already flaking out on a previous appointment. He only finished part of the job and said he'd come back to finish the rest "later". Not sure when that will be as no one ever picks up the phone even though I've tried calling them up to 50 times a day. Even one star is too generous for these guys. Take your business elsewhere.

Where do I start with this abysmal company? Whatever you do, DON'T ORDER from Kresta. My drycleaners ruined my bedroom curtains so I had to order new ones on the 27th November last year, and the epic sh*tshow is still going! I had to wait over 4 months to get the first round of curtains.... when they finally arrived (way overdue) the loungeroom curtains were the wrong colour, and the bedrooms were ordered incorrectly, missing out on the returns, I had the installer put them up anyway as I needed curtains in my flat (that was also after a missed appointment by the installer). Customer service manager was sent out to reciify the issue. They were finally ordered, lots of phone calls from me to get even the confirmation ,and also only after I reported them to Fair Trading did I see a result. They finally arrived, so I drove out to Regents Park to collect them myself due to the first install appointment being missed. Lucky I did, because it was another mess with the supposed install today. After much yelling (I never yell) they are finally getting done today. This whole process has taken over six months and a massive amount of stress. So do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.

Had been waiting for my blinds to be repaired for 6 months. Couldn’t get through to them after calling them numerous times.
Don’t expect them to take responsibility for their mistakes.
Thanks to their new staff Carol that gave us our blinds back. Hopefully they all learn from her and start doing what they’re being paid for.
