Today was the practical session to complete my First Aid/CPR Certificate. The session with Caroline was full of interaction and lots of real life examples of potential situations. Caroline kept the morning moving with great direction, knowledge and fun and made the learning experience easy for all attending.

I had a wonderful experience doing this course!! The teaching was practical and efficient, and I left feeling very confident about the skills id learned. Very friendly staff - the trainer Greg made it fun and answered all our questions. I’d 10000% recommend this course!! Ill definitely be coming back to do my refresher courses in the future!

Today I attended the First Aid/CPR training in Tweed Heads South.
Caroline was a knowledgeable and experienced teacher who made the content (both theory and practical) engaging and fun! The class was a perfect size and there was no waiting for the CPR mannequins or equipment. Easy parking, lovely staff and a very professional training centre.

Very happy with the service. The online component allows you to complete it at your own pace, in person you aren't forced to re-do that previous material allowing you to be much more efficient. Best CPR refresher that I have done on the Gold Coast

I walked away from this training, with easy to remember information. The trainer Greg King was engaging with all participants. Greg created an atmosphere that was enjoyable, and made points that were interesting, and called upon his life experiences that made it real. Also it doesn't stop there,wthout hesitation, I highly recommend this company and their behind the scenes expertise to make it all run smoothly.

I have done many First aid and CPR courses in my adult life and this one was trully the most helpful and memorable I ever did. The trainer was able to share her in depth knowledge in such a digestable and interesting way that I feel more able to hold on to the information than ever before. The centre is easy to find and very welcoming. They have a great selection of teas too :).I highly recommend their trainings and I will certainly will be back next year for the refresher.

YOU MUST COME HERE if you need a CPR refresher or even doing the course for the first time. Greg our trainer on the day made CPR easy to understand for all levels in the class and has a very effective and easy going teaching style. You are guaranteed to leave the course feeling much more prepared and confident to do the best you can out in the community. His experience as a paramedic put CPR and basic life support into context as well which was engaging. Lastly, if you’re thinking about the money side of things, you’d probably get a cheaper course somewhere else or even online but it will not live up to the quality of this gig. Please do yourself and your community a favour and sign up to quality courses here. Thanks to the team, doing such great work for our community!!

Such a great experience with these guys. Caroline did the CPR refresher and was fantastic, made it easy to remember and answered any questions I had. I will be returning each year for future refreshers and first aid training.

The extra bits of information which he added in on top of the course tied in it made day much more interesting
The online work was somewhat tedious, but online work always is. It was clear they had made an effort to have the information be easily digested and engaging.
Couldn't ask for a better first aid course.
