Purchased a wood oven stainless steel three piece tool set. I could get it from the local BBQ shop but was $50 more. My item was shipped quickly and I had it within 6 days. Good communications from them and a tracking number was supplied. Very happy with my purchase.

Very helpful and excellent service! Bought the battery operated rotisserie motor (among other things) some time ago, still going strong and lasting for ages until one needs new batteries.

Not only was the package shipped quickly, it was packed professionally by the staff so that it arrived in perfect condition. Once it was unpacked (that was a big job because of all the packing) the contents don't disappoint - a great quality product that will see a lot of use at our house! Already used it once and planning on using it again this weekend

Ordered a full size spit late Saturday afternoon and it arrived Monday. Turned out the motor was dead-on-arrival, sent it back Tuesday and the replacement was here on Thursday. Could not be happier with the pro-active response to fix the problem when it was discovered. Quality of the product looks pretty solid too.

I ordered a advanced spit roast pack and a counter weight and a few other small bits before I purchase a full spit in a few weeks and I was surprised how quick it arrived. I ordered around 11am and it arrived 10am the next morning to Brisbane. The forks are excellent quality and the weight is beefy as you'd expect and I have no issues in believing it will last many many years. I look forward to purchasing the spit soon in preparation for Christmas. Great service i'll definitely shop with you guys again. Keep up the good work

Very good service. Product was actually in Australia as promised, was exactly as described in the advert (a pic with something to show scale would be extra handy) and arrived the day after i ordered it. Would recommend dealing with this mob.

What a fantastic product!!!! Ordered on a Thursday night and arrived the following day! Easy to use - does exactly what it’s designed to do. The first go went superbly - succulent lamb cutlets. No more burning the #%^* out of the food over charcoal again! 👍

Ordered a spit rotisserie with a couple of accessories. Fantastic to deal with. Had a glitch with ordering online, sent them an email and we had it sorted out in munutes. The item arrived in good time, ordered friday received tuesday. Can’t comment on the item, other than to say it looks good and sturdy. Haven’t used it yet because its a Christmas prezzy for the son in law. Happy to recommend them though.

I purchased a Camp Chef Woodwind SG 24 WIFI pellet grill. From the first call to check on stock the team was extremely helpful and did all they could to make the purchase as easy as possible. I traveled to the Sydney showroom to pick my unit up and was greeted by an extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff member. The grill was great and the service i received was even better. Cannot recommend these guys highly enough.

Opted to pick up my product from the shop at Moorebank and had the pleasure of meeting and speaking with Cameron. He proved very knowledgable and was very giving of his time and experience and was happy to share smoking hints and tips. Will be buying a lot more stuff in the future.

The widest range of spits I have ever seen. Staff are very knowledgeable and were helpful in explaining the differences between all the models. It was a one stop shop for my new spit, charcoal and accessories. Great videos on the website also to help newbies like me.
