Great paediatrician (Dr Nass) in our experience. Fantastic with kids and really thorough.

Amazing practice, from the receptionist to the drs.
Both my children have been seen by Dr Heitner, for each of them he has gone above and beyond. He is accessible and very responsive. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Never have I experienced a Dr like this. He is a caring, patient and positive Dr, just want you would hope from someone looking after your child. He is thorough and thought out, explaining and taking the time to ensure you understand and are comfortable, I cannot thank him enough for his help recently.
Dr Blecher is equally as amazing, his management for my son has seen significant positive changes for us.
I'm so grateful to have my children in their care, they are both absolute gentlemen.

Dr Heitner goes above & beyond. Best paediatrician I've seen for my son. Friendly, listens to your concerns and knows what he is talking about, explaining everything so clearly.
We also love the receptionists at the front counter. They are very polite and are so caring.

Worst clinic ever. Staffs Linda and Simone were so rude over the phone when I tried to book an appointment for my son and Linda banged the phone on me and gave incorrect information just cause they did not know what to say. They do not have a proper process of what they need in order to book an appointment. Just a few days ago, I was able to book an appointment for my daughter without being asked for a referral prior. When I tried to book today for my son I was told by Linda they just changed the rule today. And just a few minutes before that, I was told by Simone they changed the rule a month ago. They are the most rude customer service people I’ve every talked to.

Came through emergency and it is almost 1am and I have been in here since 9pm with my NEWBORN baby, waiting for a proper assessment from the doctor. I would have though a 10 week old baby would receive more attention than this and really disappointed all we've been instructed to do is try and collect a urine sample. We have done this and have been waiting for hours since.

Every time my baby's heart rate spike or oxygen levels dropped, triggering a warning, no health professional came to us to check everything was ok.

The lack of care and attention definitely leaves a bad taste in my mouth and I am hesitant to return to this hospital.

After researching Dr Soe and reading she specialises in behaviours I took my son to see her I thought she could help with ASD/ADHD I was hopeful turns out she couldn't help and that came from her mouth I was really disappointed and I think the information about that paediatrician needs to be updated!

Receptionist just answered the call then immediately hung up. No wonder the stars are low.
