Having left home for the coast for a camping trip with the family, we didn’t get past Bungendore due to an issue with the RECARC Tow Pro. Not wanting to head down the escarpment without brake assist, we rang ARB Fyshwick for support.
Without question, they told us to head in. On arrival they welcomed us into the store, gave the kids some lemonade and let them explore while the team worked on troubleshooting the issue. Thankfully, the problem was found and rectified, allowing us to hit the road. Thanks to Glenn and the team, our holidays were back on track! A very big thank you to the team at ARB Fyshwick - it’s not often we see such great service. We will certainly be back for a bull bar and suspension in the near future!

I've heard mixed reviews about after sales service with ARB but I had a very good experience with Glen and team at ARB Fyshwick. Rear locker seals went after three years; under warranty so I took the car in. Unfortunately the wrong seal was ordered, TOLL then stuffed up and the correct seal was marooned in Sydney for days. So a day job dragged on to eight days, although this wasn't ARB's fault. Glen was very apologetic and provided a replacement car for the entire duration and a good deal on an Intensity light bar - I was thinking of upgrading lights anyway. Team were all very friendly and professional. So highly recommended. On another note I've been reading about the seals going on ARB lockers (as mentioned mine only lasted three years) so hopefully the new seals ARB are using solve these issues. This isn't some cheap Chinese knock off, ARB has a good rep for quality and I'd expect a hell of a lot longer than three years (and only 30,000 km in my case) before something like this fails. Anyway time will tell. But as mentioned big rap for ARB Fyshwick.

Outstanding response to airlocker problem. Fixed within 24 hours under warranty, no quibbling. Wish more auto equipment businesses had the same attitude. This is what it means to "stand by your product".

Installed my summit bar and winch plus safari snorkel, to my new ranger job was first class and service and advise was the same. Will be foing back for more accessories very soon.
