I don't know about people coming from Sydney to buy there meat.
What i do know is i grew up on a farm in Queensland where we killed our own livestock and hung the meat in cold rooms to age.
The meat i grew up eating as a child is of the same high quality that we used to process 50 years ago.
So Williams and Sons definitely gets my vote of confidence when it comes to buying high quality meat for your family.
As for the people of Sydney that come to buy the meat from Williams and Sons i would suggest you get together with your family and friends ring ahead and buy your meat in bulk that way you will get a great product and help keep a family business running.

The best butcher in NSW. People travel from Sydney just to buy their meat. They have a cryovac sealer in the shop so you can get your purchase vacuum sealed for storage. Only sell paddock grass fed meat from the region. Make their own bacon and corned beef.
