The Ginger Tiger

I have gone here 3 weeks in a row for Korean fried chicken (it lunch only on weekends) and had great freshly made Korean fried chicken.

My friend had eat a bunch of there pub food which is also great.

Only issue is lack of drink choices none alcoholic and alcoholic

The ginger tiger has always been good. No one was happier than me when I saw them on uber eats. I came here for dinner one day and was surprised they now have ICG! Nothing like korean fried chicken!! Amazing mix! I have been there a couple more times now! Definitely good food and reasonable prices

This place is hidden inside the Collectors Hotel, so it might be hard to find for first timers. Great food here and the Red Duck Curry is awesome. The menu, however, is too small. The price is reasonably inexpensive. The ventilation could be improved as well.

This Restaurant is a new hidden gem in Parramatta. Located inside The Collector Hotel, they have large dining area with pretty cool vibe. Had family lunch there and tried several of their dishes. My favourite are the crispy rice salad and Penang curry. Authentic and delicious!

The best service you could ask for, cool decor and fantastic food. We will be going back!

The restaurant is very beautifully design with an atmosphere to match. The food was absolutely delicious. So many options, food came out quick with picture perfect presentation. Service was amazing. It would be a great place to hold a function. Easily seat 500 guest including an outdoor area with DJ!

Visited here on a Thursday night to find that there were very few people. However the service was very friendly and the food was prepared and served to a high standard. Quite a broad range of menu options including some non-Thai meals. The restaurant is physically located inside The Collector Hotel, but is easy to access and has its own seating area. Casual dining and reasonable prices, in consideration of the quality and generous serving sizes.

How convenient that this restaurant is just next door to my building.

Initially a lovely place to dine and relax.The food is perfect to taste and it is divine. Secondly the staff are so respectful and well mannered with warm and sweet smile that makes the environment more friendly and approachable . The prices are just perfect to the dishes that are ordered . Finely , from my husband and myself thank you for the lovely valentines treat . ❤❤❤. Thank you so much and looking forward for our next visit.

Had a farewell function. It was absolutely divine. The food was amazing. Thai and the other staff looked after us and provided great customer service! He was attentive, entertaining and knowledgeable. Such a huge asset to the team and will recommend to friends and family. If I had to rate it out of 10 it would be an 11/10.

P.S the Lycee Fruitshake is the best.

First time at Ginger Tiger yesterday for a lovely Mothers' Day dinner with the family. I was surprised that it wasn't very busy as the food was fantastic and much props to the staff who were very friendly and accommodating. The pad thai was definitely a hit with us along with the Korean Fried Chicken.

We held our daughter's baptism reception at The Ginger Tiger and could not be happier with the food and service we received.
From the time I enquired, the team at The Ginger Tiger and Collector Hotel were most accommodating and helpful. They answered all the questions I had with quick and prompt responses and ensured that our function was stress-free.
The food was delicious and was enjoyed by all guests. Definitely try the Pad Thai and Seafood Salad!

How awesome is this place? Great dishes, great atmosphere. Soju is a must for that after ‘church’ gathering. Most of all, great staff & owners. Thank you Thai & Vonnie, made our holiday. Too all you Qldr’s, if you’re in the Parramatta area do yourself a favour & swing on in. Nothing like this up here.

Ten of us went there on a Tuesday night as a celebration. We booked and our table was ready. It wasn’t too busy and it was quiet enough that we could all talk to each other. A rarity! We could also pay for our own drinks and food. Another plus. Everyone was happy with their food and I think this was the best location we’ve had to meet in the last few years! Recommended!

We were a party of 5 having dinner at The Ginger Tiger on the 16th January 2019 sitting in a booth, Table 6. We ordered seafood green curry, pork chilli basil, beef pad see ew, sweet chilli chicken large size, chicken Thai fried rice, 3 steamed rice and young coconut drink for $114. Staff were friendly (service with a smile), food was delicious and atmosphere was great (good selection of background music)! Basically, just a really good relaxing place for catch ups, yummy food and drinks (there's a bar to order alcohol beverages). We arrived at 7.30pm and the friendly staff were attentive straight away. We ordered our food and it came out hot and at a good pace. Serving size was decent for the price within Parramatta area. Our dirty plates were cleaned pronto from the table and even though we were big eaters, we had to take away our sweet chilli chicken. Way too much food! We left at 10.30pm. All in all, we'd definitely visit this great joint again! Thumbs up for friendly attentive staff members and thumbs up for the food!

For the first time ever, I was able to eat Thai food that didn't leave me reaching for the water afterwards; I asked the host and he said they don't use msg...Winning! The food is amazing, especially the broken rice salad, and the seafood is cooked on point. Definitely will be going back.

The owner Thai was incredibly friendly and accondating. He was personally serving the cocktails which were incredible. Food was just as good. Recommend for a Saturday out with friends.

Great Quality Food, Enjoyed the personalised service from Mr Thai the (Owner) had visited our table several times to make sure my family and i were enjoying ourselves. atmosphere on a Saturday night was fantastic #DJMUSIC on point. Thanks Thai

Really nice and affordable thai food. Indoor and outdoor seating.

Sorry but the fried ice cream wasnt as good (or even close) to the holy basil or green peppercorn standard.
