Nathan and Kiera were welcoming, and made planning as easy as it could possibly be. They handled everything for us so we weren't dealing with different vendors, and the service went beautifully. I also commend all their staff for the respect they showed to everyone, it was very touching.

These guys did a great job for both our parents funeral 13 months apart. They welcomed you with a welcoming feel. I did go into another funeral place I couldn't wait to get out of there I just didn't get that feel it was terrible. They went above and beyound with the whole service from making it easier on us as a family the slide shows, music with all the audio set up at the church and a big screen to see it on. More speakers so the outside people could hear. Then burial went off smoothly as well.

After my father passed away, I phoned all the local Funeral Homes to get help with what to do next. By far Nathan and his team were the most helpful and compassionate. After meeting with Nathan, he helped put us at ease and helped us through the whole process, including organising Centerlink. Nathan arranged a live stream of my Dads cremation so that family interstate and overseas could see it if they wished. He showed great respect and treated my Dad with every care.
