F45 Training Belconnen

Love the training sessions. They are well coordinated and the trainers are very friendly. You just have to rock up and they have everything set up for the training session. Really worth the membership fee and I can already see a huge difference on me 7 days into my training. They also gave me a free 7 day trial and and I tried all their sessions. So amazing!

I recently signed up to F45 Belconnen and it’s been one of the best life decisions I have ever made. I am addicted! The staff are so welcoming and so helpful, ensuring you push yourself and challenge yourself while you are there. For the first time, I am excited to exercise! I feel better and better each week, both physically and mentally. Thanks to Nidhal and the team, keep up the awesome work.

Always looking forward going to the gym. Classes changes every week and making it so much fun not boring at all. They always keep classes interesting with using different exercises and techniques.
All the Trainers are awesome and amazing. They always show proper way to do exercises so you don't hurt yourself. They do not force you to lift heavier weights or pressure you into doing something that you don't feel comfortable.
They care more about your well-being and safety during the session.
Good communication from management and staff.
Always have that feeling of belong in this gym.

F45 Belconnen is the bomb! I only joined about a month ago and it’s been the best thing I’ve ever done when it comes to fitness. Every class is different which means I won’t be getting bored anytime soon. The trainers are always there to help with your form and push you a little harder. I would highly recommend f45 to anyone wanting to try something different or even just wanting to start there fitness journey now.

Have only just moved to the area and from when I first contacted F45 Belconnen I have had nothing but professional support to get myself signed up and into my first class! Trainers are very friendly and always checking in to see if you need anything or helping you to achieve your best possible goals!

The team at F45 Belconnen are fantastic. My partner and I felt welcome from day 1. The trainers work with us to adapt exercises due to old injuries and I’m feeling stronger and happier for it! Killer playlist and great vibe also help keeping the motivation up. Can’t recommend the gym and trainers enough!

Awesome, love training here. The trainers are extremely friendly and knowledgeable and try to get the best out of you each session. Importantly everyone is super nice and you won’t feel intimidated giving it a try.

Cool staff. these guys make me work hard. biggest difference to other fitness things is the staff figure out the best way to motivate me and have a sense of humor, shout out to Marie for keeping me going.

Staff are fabulous, friendly atmosphere & a great timetable for my unpredictable shifts.

Amazing classes, very friendly staff, engaging music and great exercises. A bit pricey, but definitely worth the output that you get from it in the long term.
