The staff is extremely rude specially the main lady or whoever she is, who thinks she owns the store. They should learn some manners while talking to students and students who just arrived in Australia who are without a bank account or a card. The staff doesn't go well with the UC culture and creates a negative impression about UC. I had a horrible experience here where she insulted me, my culture and made me feel unwanted in that store. Can escalate this issue somewhere?
