I have been seeing Hannah and Stacey for years now. The eyelash extensions are such high quality and stay on for ages. They look natural and lush. I have been getting permanent make up on my eyebrows and lips and again, so natural but makes my face ‘pop’. I have gotten fine line tattoos by Hannah and today just received my new perm freckles (after years of bleaching my skin I wanted my freckles back). I highly recommend.

I made an appointment for dermaplaning late Friday evening for Sat at 1:30. When booking the appointment it tells you the appointment is for an hour, however the procedure should only take 30 mins. I called the clinic at 1:15 to let them know I was running late and no one answered. I then sent a text and got in the car to drive to the clinic. I then received a text at 1:40 saying my appointment had been cancelled and her next client was at 2pm. When I got to the clinic and asked why the booking system stated it was an hour appointment when she had a booking in 30 mins, I was told the one hour accounted for cleaning the room and setting it up?! $100 for a 30 min appointment is outrageous. Mind you the clinic is based from a house so I can’t imagine high overheads in comparison to a shop front. Do not recommend.

Update: I’ve just checked my internet banking and the clinic has charged me a ‘no show’ fee of the full charge, despite attempting to call and texting prior to the start of my appointment and turning up at the salon (albeit late) but during my scheduled appointment time. Overnight the clinic has changed the blurb for dermaplaning explaining it’s a 30 min appointment with an experienced technician and 1 hour with someone in training. I have screen shots of the original blurb and will be taking the matter to the ACCC. Shows intent to deceive customers. Be warned.

Update: ‘Abuse, intimidation and threaten’ translates to assertive and knowing my legal rights as a consumer. I’m a five foot nothing female with a slight frame, this characterisation is nothing but false. The 500+ positive reviews on Fresha reflect the practices of a platform which allows the owners of businesses to request deletion of negative reviews. The intent of this review is to keep businesses accountable for false advertising and providing less than satisfactory customer service.
