My favourite place to shop for my fur babies. But I wanted to thank the lovely staff who assisted me when my vehicle wouldn't start after I shopped there, the lovely staff kept my groceries in fridge and even helped me with my vehicle. You lovely ladies, gold star service, above and beyond.

Very helpful, nothing to hard makes me to return when needed.

I was able to get 2 harnesses & 2 leads for my 2 daschunds, which was fantastic. But, altogether it was a little bit pricey.

The staff was so helpful and couldn't apologise enough because they didn't have 2 of what I needed

Used the DIY dog wash was fantastic 10/10 and only $13 got me enough time to do both my big dogs was great as they got a rinse, shampoo, condition, flea and tick rinse and blow dry each and still had enough time to wash out the tub for next patron was awesome. The fur children loved the warm water and was so nice to take my time. A+ service.

Great pet store. Their reward scheme is excellent. Savings are immediate, you don't have to wait for points to accumulate. Great range of products at reasonable prices.

Went in and explained what I needed for my Frenchie and the lady was very helpful in what I was looking for as well as alternatives regarding vet recommendations. We needed the sensitive skin made by Royal Canin but found the Derma-complete in the Royal Canin range to cater for our needs. Petstock also has a club so when I go back in I will get nearly $10.00 off my next purchase! Bonus.

The staff are nicer, friendlier, more helpful. Parking is easier. Shop maybe doesn't look as 'flash' but the customer service made all the difference (thanks Tom).

First time I've been to Petstock but won't be the last. After telling the lovely young woman that came to assist me what I needed she gave me the information I needed about the product to make my decision easy. Very efficient but so friendly. What customer service should be.
