J&J Metro Air Conditioning

We had a heatwave over a weekend and our ducted air con was working hard. We had a leak coming from the motor in the roof cavity that was leaking onto our ceiling and bedroom. I emailed the service team on a Sunday night expecting to get a call on Monday to book something in the next few days, instead got a call and squeezed me into an appointment within 3 hrs which was absolutely amazing.

I had Jay come and talk me through the problem and showed me where the blockage in the drain pipe was. He was very friendly and was really accommodating as a service technician (total MVP). Jay cleared out the blockage (built up algae) and everything was back to running again. We haven't detected any leaks since so I'm pretty happy with the work that was carried. I would recommend JJ MetroWest as they were also responsible for installing our ducted A/C.

This is the 2nd time I have used J&J. Very professional all the way through. We had some damage done during installation (admittedly we are in an old house and the roof is brittle) and the team came out and did a great job repairing it. Also had a fault with the Daikin which could have been dealt with by Daikin but J&J sent out from their office to find the fault. Even with these two problems I would still go back again with them. The support from Danny and team was above and beyond.

We contacted J&J Metro West Pty Ltd (licensed Daikin suppliers) to provide us with a quote to relocate an existing air-conditioning unit from our lounge to the spare bedroom and to supply & install 2 new Daikin split system air-conditioning units in the lounge and the master suite. Danny Maroun (Installation Manager) came to our townhouse for a site visit and inspection on Friday 2nd February. Danny was very thorough and professional in advising us about our options and in finding creative solutions to install a unit in the master suite. We had contacted another company 15 years ago and they had advised us that an air-conditioning unit in our master suite was impossible because we live in a townhouse complex and share a common wall with the townhouse next door. But Danny identified that there was a possibility to do this. Danny also advised us to get Strata approval. The quote was very promptly sent to us on 7th February. We had to replace our large display cabinet in the lounge with a smaller cabinet in order to accommodate a larger sized air-conditioning unit in the lounge which took a few weeks. We then contacted Danny when we were ready for the installation. A date for the installation was fixed promptly in a few days and we paid a 10% deposit to confirm the job. The job was carried out within 7 hours on Wednesday 13th March. The technicians did an excellent job in de-installing and relocating 1 existing unit and installing 2 new units. The unit in the master suite was done beautifully, such an excellent solution. The technicians were exceedingly proficient, well-mannered, thorough and methodical. They were scrupulous in doing the best job ever. Would highly recommend J&J Metro West. A million thanks to them for finding a creative solution in fixing an air-conditioning unit in the master suite when a previous company said it was impossible. We can now be much more comfortable with such excellent air-conditioning at our home.
