Ashley and Stephen are wonderful to deal with. Had a few switches and plugs repaired. All our halogen down lights were converted to LED with plugs so I can replace if needed. We got a new oven installed as well. Certainly we will be returning customers. Thank you both.

Excellent job by Stephen and Ashley in all the lights replacement of our first home, a tiny townhouse. It looks so much better now. Fantastic service and customer care! I called up and spoke with Ashley in the morning for a small job replacing a bathroom light and fan. She managed to fit me in the same day. Stephen was able to come even earlier and installed the new light and fan quickly and professionally. Will be calling again if we need any further electrical work done. Highly recommend :)

We really appreciated Stephens knowledge and experience - especially his ability in finding practical solutions to work in our older house. Stephen from Genesis One Electrical did an amazing job fixing the old style court lights at the Ainslie tennis club. He managed to source LED globes from a local supplier to suit our fittings. Stephen and Ashley arranged the hiring and transporting of a 5mtr platform ladder and worked in gusty conditions to rewire one of the lights and change six globes.

I am absolutely delighted with the work done in my Wayfarer apartment by Genesis One Electrical. Steph is a consummate professional whose professional expertise is outstanding. Ashley was also a delight to deal with – very responsive. The quotes were very transparent and extremely good value. As far as I’m concerned I have found the company that I will be dealing with for all future electrical work I recommend them very highly.

Stephen and Ashley were very professional. There was an unforeseen problem with the quoted job but Stephen was like a dog with a bone. Great work while always very friendly and professional.

Super knowledgeable and professional. I wanna put a potter kiln at garage that I need to upgrade my power outlet. I asked many electrician they said its a very hard and big job as my house is a 2 story house and the garage are separate with the house.
But Genesis one figure it out and sort the problem easily!!

During late December 2017, Stephen from Genesis One Electrical was able to fit electrical work at my father's place at the last minute. Stephen turned up when he said he would. He was polite, professional, efficient and explained the electrical issues. His rates was also reasonable.

Stephen also did some work at my own home on February 12, 2018. Happy with his work.
