Avonmore on the Park Boutique Hotel

Absolutely beautiful, they were very accommodating and nice. The room and the atmosphere is beautiful. Great price for how nice it is. The location is near lots of food places and public transportation. I am very happy with our stay here and would come again in a heart beat.

What a gem! Fabulous room. Unusual to find a room with 2 double beds. Room was huge. Clean and super comfy beds. Aded bonus of parking. Close to transport. Staff super friendly and helpful.

Check- in excellent. Room large and clean. Quiet location near to shops. We were on top floor and no lifts but we were fine with stairs.Will definitely stay here again!

Although it is a bit far from Coogee beach, it is easily accessible by Uber, and there are Coles and Woolworth stores nearby that are open until 11 p.m., and there is also a Tech Wash laundromat, so it is convenient. There is also a park right in front. For the price, it is comfortable to stay with family, and the owner is friendly.

Wondeeful small hotel in a marvellous Victorian house. Friendly service, a guest information folder with every piece of advice one needs. Buses and light rail route T2 all a short walk from the hotel. Our en suite room had a small kitchenette with kettle & microwave.

The room is big and clean. Service and location is 10/10.
Very close to the light rail which goes all the way to Circular Quay. Also, Coogee beach is just walking distance or the bus stand to get to the beach is just a few steps way from the hotel.
The Coogee-Bondi Coastal Walk is a must!

Stayed there recently for a work trip and it was a very unique experience. It's a classic heritage hotel that has been renovated and definitely takes you back in time. The furniture are really classic.

Pro tip - If you are coming in with heavy bags, take help to navigate a narrow staircase.

Thanks to the staff as they are really caring. My flight was late due to rains and I checked in around 8 pm which was well beyond their work hours. However the gentleman was still around to help me out. I also forgot to take the invoice and they promptly sent it over email when I called them after 2 weeks.

We loved staying at the Avonmore at the end of our Australia travels. It was a great place to wind down and do our own thing.

It was chosen for the magnificent period architecture and some beautiful floor tiles as well as the location for two nearby beach resorts and a Flying Fox (Grey Headed Fruit Bat) colony in Centennial Parklands, which we walked to and back from on our last evening.

Highly recommended 👌 for the friendly staff and the comfortable beds.

We stayed in an immaculately clean, large kitchenette room on the top floor at a reasonable price. Always very pleasant staff and easy late check-in with notice. Air-conditioning. Parking easy to find in the evening, harder if returning from the beach in the morning. Small TV for size of room.

We stayed in the hotel for 11 nights.
It is beautiful heritage building and rooms are tastefully decorated and huge.
The staff were very cordial and friendly.
Really enjoyed our stay there.
Good restaurants are available nearby.

This hotel has been the best place we have stayed in since we have been on holiday in Australia! George is welcoming and warm very helpful with information on how to get to Sydney central we saw more sights then any other city weve been to.the room (11)was a balcony one and its was beautiful and clean bed was comfortable bathroom great loved the history george helped us with car parking we had no worries what so ever.we would definitely come back.

Had such a nice, comfortable stay here recently. Nothing fancy but it had everything I needed. Staff were all so lovely and helpful. And the location is great!

Booked a two night stay but there was a glitch in system and it all went wrong. However, the staff were brilliant in helping to sort it out. Cannot fault them in anyway. Look forward to staying there some other time based on the interactions with the wonderful staff.

Stayed here recently and it was lovely, beautiful room with a rich history. The parking was a bit difficult because the church nearby had an event. But would stay here again if I needed to be in the area

We recently stayed at Avonmore on the Park for our anniversary. We didn't want the hustle and bustle of the city but didn't want to be far away either and Avonmore on the Park was the perfect in-between.
We really enjoyed our weekend there. We loved the beautiful Victorian building, the garden, our room and the place generally. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Our room was comfortable, clean and cosy which was what we wanted for our weekend away. This place is a gem and we're glad we found it cause we will definitely be staying here again.
