Bosch Car Service - Central Garage

Astonishingly great customer service!

Was broken down around 30km away and they gave me great advice re joining RAC (I've never had roadside assistance before, so it's new territory) to keep my costs down. Got immediate coverage and a tow to Central Garage as they also happened to be the nearest suitable mechanic shop.

Turns out my van needed a major repair but they were already under the pump due to staff absences and unable to fit a job of this type into their packed schedule for the week.

I spent quite a while at the workshop while they took care of everything in terms of finding alternative arrangements. They basically worked a miracle.

While I was there I interacted with a lot of staff - they were all invariably friendly, kind, helpful and...just downright wonderful people. I was consistently treated with understanding, consideration and respect at a level which was unexpected.

These guys absolutely went above and beyond to help me in a difficult situation and I'm beyond grateful.

Highly recommend.

I recently had my VW Passat serviced at Central Garage, and I must say that their service is truly exceptional. The staff was cheerful and attentive, and they even went the extra mile to wash my car before returning it to me. What impressed me the most was their incredibly reasonable prices and the quick turnaround time of just a couple of hours. Additionally, their early opening hours at 6:30 am are convenient for busy individuals. I highly recommend Central Garage for all your vehicle servicing needs. They definitely deserve a five-star rating.

we had some unknown problems with our car, so we stopped at this garage. because we were "travelling through" they gave us an immidiate check up! good service, great staff at the reception!
unfortunately they did not have the individual part to be renewed, but they gave us some adresses in bunbury.
(and the check up was for free!!)

These guys are absolute champions, our Patrol broke down in Bunbury and had to get it towed to collie. Jared and Rob were the ones I dealt with and I can’t recommend them enough, turned out it was just a clamp on the turbo hose that had broken causing the turbo to be inoperable but the boys helped me get back on the road in no time and got me in the same day and charged a fraction of what I thought it was going to cost me! If you’re in the Collie area and have an issue I would 100% recommend using Central garage.

We can not thank Jarrod and Fiona enough! Our sons car overheated on his first trip away from home. They were very professional, towed them to collie, helped my son with directions and kept in touch with us well after work hours. The next day the car was looked at, parts ordered and my son and his girlfriend could go off and enjoy the rest of their trip
