I can only comment on the food. What an absolute transformation in 2023 season. Amazing food, good service and good choices. It used to be pretty awful in previous years unfortunately.

The restaurant area is a whole lot more pleasant to dine in - previously looked like a run down convention centre, and the choice of food is brilliant. Can't go past the Fish Burger.

Had a very enjoyable stay at the Arlberg! All staff were extremely friendly and helpful; to the point that two different staff members went their way to direct us to the in house rental hire facility, as well as to the drying room.
Highly recommend dinner at The Wood Room, their specials of steak and chicken parma (with a pot) were both generous potions, very reasonably priced and delicious!
The small alpine room was basic but very comfortable and had all of the amenities required for a perfect weekend getaway.
Will definitely be coming back to stay with next season!

There is no better spot on the mountain than Arlberg Hotel. Significant changes can be seen since my visit last year. There is a stylish new dining room and cafe at the entrance both giving you the best view of Bourke St. The food is just amazing :) Ski in / Ski out, great location, great food, great coffee, great vibes !!

My family of 4 (with 2 small children) stayed at Arlberg at the beginning of August 2022. We had an excellent time. You can't find a better location in terms of ski-in ski-out hotel & restaurant. The bus stop (for free shuttle buses) is located right in front of the hotel. The ski lift (chairlift) landing station is also on the hill near the hotel. We literally skied down from the hotel to one of the chairlift stations, took the lift uphill and skied down again (and again). The run in front of the hotel is a green run, so it was quite busy on the weekend. Hotel front desk / reception staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel has all you need: rooms, drying rooms, a restaurant, a bar and a ski rental shop. It was also nice that the restaurant gave priority to the hotel guests when it comes to booking seats at the restaurant, it came in handy when the place was busy during the weekend.

We felt welcome from the minute we arrived! Mt Buller had clearly had a rough 2020, but they weren't deterred when the season opened for 2021. The Arlberg is in a great location, is warm and welcoming, the staff a friendly and professional but more importantly they clearly enjoy their jobs, many returning for more than one season. The restaurant has wholesome, well cooked meals, just what you need after a day skiing and they're taking their Covid rules seriously, which is tough on any business these days with so many people coming an going. The rooms are clean, well appointed and spacious enough and the bathrooms are big enough to store your wet gear. This is our new go-to for a ski, we'd definitely stay again. Happy skiing 2021!

Despite the blizzard the family loved the hotel and the helpful staff. The room was clean and fresh. The ski hire downstairs was the bomb as we needed to adjust some sizes. Best mountain stay in 15years,, !! thank you for a wonderful stay 1

Awesome spot to hang up the skis and head in for a pizza and a few beers. Head to the rooftop deck if you are that way inclined as the heating inside the restaurant is tremendously good and will have you sweating in no time. Staff are great and service impressive.

Me and a two friends visited there at around 9pm for a place to play cards (we were in the buller backpackers and it had no common-room). It was pretty chill, we got a pizza which was amazing and complemented the drinks. Overall really great.

Waited 30 minutes elsewhere and couldn't get a table so tried Arlberg. The main lounge area well heated is fantastic with nice seating, tables and big couches near the huge windows looking at the snow outside.
Service was fast and professional, meals tasty and overall i was pleasantly surprised at the prices considering the location. Recommended..

Coolest staff for renting snowboards, skis and gear. Not bad on the price tag too...highly reco!

Room a bit dated, service good, lo ation excellent. I think this is about time to refurb the rooms.

Friendly staff and excellent food, coffee and beer. Located at the top of the blue bullet chairlift, it's a great spot to rest and recharge the batteries before lt heading out to the slopes again.

Excellent service. Make sure you're taking a free bus to the hotel from the village otherwise it's a 800m walk up the hill.

Arlberg is the best place on the mountain! The best staff, you can hire your ski gear, food is great (not enough gluten-free options), rooms are clean and we will always come back if we can.

Most of the staff here where so lovely , helped me out any way they could. My phone was going flat they raced around to find a charger to borrow , thank you above and beyond

Love the place, midweek prices are very reasonable considering the basic accommodation mixed with great food and lively bar and very friendly and helpful management and that you can walk out the front door and ski away!!!

Best place for ski in ski out. Right next to top of Bourke lifts. Good bar, late snacks and restaurant.
