Commercial Hotel

Great service. James at the counter went out of his way and made lunch for me even though the kitchen was closed. I'm also staying here at the hotel and rooms are clean and spacious. Shower is powerful and aircon is freezing. Excellent. Highly recommended.

The venue was really nice. The staff were friendly and the customer service was really great. The food was fresh and the drinks were very affordable. The place is kept really clean and there is plenty of space for lunch or dinner with friends. The chicken parmi was delightful and highly recommended. Great pub with sports area, dining area and pokies area. If you are in the area stop in for a feed.

Compliments to the chef. Decent servings. Eye fillet steak cooked to perfection. Customer service was good. Very hearty meal. Highly recommend if you are looking for a nice pub meal.

I would like to extend a personal thank you to Loretta and her crew. Loretta was amazing and accommodating ( no pun intended) looking forward to staying again end of may. Thank you for making my stay great.

Really enjoyed my day at the commercial today escaping the heat and enjoying the aircon after the Christmas storm. The staff (Josh and Andrew) were super friendly and the food was amazing. Would recommend in a heartbeat

Staff were super helpful and friendly. The hotelier is very lucky to have such great support. Food was good and service was quick. Room was very good. All in all a great experience which I really needed.

Have come here 3 times in a month and the steaks and schnitzels have been spot on. Great service and Cellic at the bar was friendly and offered great service.

Amazing accommodation, very clean with complimentary water and boxed breakfast. Cleaning staff so friendly and welcoming. As a family we could not speak highly of the staff in bar/bistro side. They were all so friendly and so helpful. Amy was such a stand out 👏 Thank you all so much for making our family weekend special. 👍👍👍👍👍

Amazing meals and very fast! I had a wonderful Ceasar Salad minus the Bacon (Vegetarian), and my company ordered a Schnitzel and a Steak, both were also impressed with their meals.

Stayed the night in the nightcap hotel and the room was beautiful, clean and comfortable as always when I stay at any of the nightcap franchise. And the food was excellent downstairs in the pub.5 ⭐ for the food aswell

I’ve been here for dinner a few times and every experience has been wonderful! The staff are so lovely and extremely accommodating, especially when we’ve dragged our kids along. It can be such a boring time for them but the staff have always taken the time to talk to the kids and make them feel special, or provide them with colouring in supplies. Love that kids meals are $10 with drink and icecream and food is always great. Thank you for the continued great service. We appreciate the local staff who love to have a chat :)

Again, my stay was good and great value for money, this chain of accommodation is rivals to the Meritton Apartments chain, actually better, better value for money has room service just good all round

Accommodation immaculate and well priced. Most staff awesome. With the exception of one lady behind the bar. Would still highly recommend.
