Awesome instructor who knows what she is doing, and what she is talking about. Angie is very aware of her clients needs as she is well informed in Pilates. It is great to have an intelligent Pilates instructor guiding me through every move, awakening my sleepy body. Such a professional. Will definitely book more one-on-one Pilates lessons. Have been doing pilates with Glee for 3 months now and love it. Angie tailors my sessions according to what my body needs, focussing on specific body parts and muscles. I love how she is always willing to improve my posture & strength and I’m already seeing/feeling results. I highly recommend :)
