Hyderabadi Mutton Biryani is one of their consistent delicacy which I tried when they catered Biryani in one of our events. Servings was delicious and authentic and most what brings the attention is the polite and humble nature of staff and the owners of the restuarant. I highly recommend their biryani as they do catering as well. I did try eating out at their auburn branch almost around midnight. Eventhough, they did not had much leftover of Mutton biryani. Owner himself arranged extra top up of chicken 65 and sent it over. Thanks for being generous and it brings more value to our Hyderabadi ethnic culture and well mannered Hyderabadi Owner's perservance for their customers during such busy hours.

Generous serves of food characterise this cultural area. I had the vegetable biryani , tasty and tandoori chicken deliscious. The special for me was dessert the rice pudding which I describe as rice air clouds in milk . I’ve got some gulab jammun waiting for me still. Hydrebadi cuisine is sophisticated and do visit Auburn for a wonderful experience in food sights and sound .The service always presumes you know what you want, that you understand the menu, it generically is subdued - a general statement and not just specific ….especially for culinary tourists like myself … so I encourage you to ask and be polite and you will be rewarded . Have fun .

Located in Auburn besides Student Biriyani. The restaurant has dine in and take away options. The biriyani options are very good. Both chicken and mutton Biriyani were well prepared. Ample quantity and reasonable prices.

Ordered a butter chicken meal deal for the first time to take away and found it to be the best I ever tasted with the perfect balance of sweetness and chili. The portions of rice and butter chicken were very generous along with the naan bread. My new Indian go to place now but consistency will be important. Definitely recommend to try.

Amazing Hyderabadi biryani! This is it. If you want to eat the best of the best biryani, this is the place! We had an amazing dinner here finished with chai and pan!

Biriyani is good here, mandi is average for me.

I was surprised when I had the Mutton Mandi, it was amazing!
First time I tasted a decent Mandi in an Indian Restaurant. It is a different version from the traditional Yemeni Mandi, it's really nice and tasty as it is enriched with a decent spicy hint to it, and it comes reasonably priced when compared to a traditional Yemeni restaurant.

If your tongue is lingering for a spicy gravy, then try Achari Chicken with their naan varieties.

There's a very reasonably priced meal deal with Achari chicken, zeera rice, naan, chicken 65 and drink....... this is a complete win-win as well!

When I say spicy, I don't mean hot, but mean....they're loaded with deep flavours from the spices of the Indian peninsular region(southern India). Their heat is mild and reasonable and we get to enjoy the food.

The only improvement needed will be their speed of service and cut down on wait times.

Nice little hidden gem in the middle of Auburn. Great tasting food at a reasonable price, friendly staff too. Especially recommend their mandi meat and rice platters.

I found a hidden gem in auburn . I tried achari chicken with garlic naan after long time it was just wow ..Price is also reasonable as they have deal for every food 🥘.Irani chai after food is must 😉

I'm nomarlly not a big fan of Indian food bcuz not that familiar. But at Christmas eve, I tried this restaurant, it changed my whole appetite. The food was yummy, nice and kind staffs and atmosphere is really like Indian. 👍 I will definitely visit this place again.

First time in Sydney I had a great Beryani in long time and it was fantastic I would say Superb, everything so perfect, the girl working there was so nice and well manner I would recommend anyone to go once and ask for chicken beryani+ chicken 65 it was the most delicious one ever.

The place is very clean, comfortable and presentable

The Food was very delicious and we had generous portions of Biryani ( spicy) and Butter chicken ( slightly sweet and mildly spicy)

Also, they have exciting dishes on the weekend special menu at a reasonable price

Overall it was a good experience and I'll come back again 😊

One of the best Indian restaurants in Sydney, Mirchi ka salan which they give with biriyani is ultimate. MUST TRY 👌

I'm no expert on Indian cuisine but the tandoori chicken was spicy and flavoursome. If Hyderabad has food this good I'll definitely be going there

Added on Dec 25 2022: Our second visit to Sydney and sure Mehfil was in our mind for everything we need to have for a good grand lunch. The lamb mandi is Soo enormous and voww to taste and so the chicken tandoori. Great work people and thanks for serving us great food.

One of the better restaurants in Auburn. The food is not completely soaked in oil and is light on the stomach when compared to other restaurants in the area. Their weekend special Mandi is a highlight dish. The staff is friendly and reliable too. Overall very positive experience

I do take away from here every weekend these days. Tried chicken biryani, veg biryani, mutton biryani -and haleem.. Super good quality, quantity and tasty. Staff is very friendly and nice. We stopped going to other biryani restaurants around wenty & Parramatta after finding this one. Authentic Hyderabad Biryani.

The food at mehfil was amazing specially the mutton biryani and also the mehfil platter. it was so good to take more photos. we all finished before I could take photos
