100% would not deal with the company again.

For the life of me, i cannot understand how they could not deliver an item to me under the reason "Attempted Delivery - No access-customer not home".

Firstly, i am home (lol?), there is a concierge at my apartment that can sign-off on parcels daily, and that no attempts to call me were ever made. Even though they left my suburb 5 minutes after i called the hotline, it would take the company 4 additional days to redeliver the item.

Clearly customer satisfaction is not top on their agenda.
