Absolutely disgusting customer service!!
So many employees standing/sitting there as we walked in, not one of them greeted us or looked like there were going to come and help.
Walked in to buy a range hood the lady tried to send me to Harvey Norman, goodguys or Reece plumbing….. iv walked in here to purchase from trade link not else where!
Have seen what I wanted online but she was not interested in helping order it in.

Terrible customer service at the trade desk. Was looking for a fitting and the staff had zero interest in helping. Was told that no such fitting existed. Went to Reese up the road and they sold me one in 5 minutes.

Spoke to the lady in the display area enquiring about purchasing a 900mm linear shower grate with an off set drain. What a joke her service was disgraceful walked out in disgust. I can definitely see why there were zero people in there.
