Soldiers Park

A very well maintained park commerating the sacrafices of Men and Women from the Collie region across multiple conflicts to maintain world peace and Australian way of life.

This is a large open park with an adjacent playground (which includes a wheelchair accessible Liberty Swing) and skatepark. There are five public toilets and a number of tables (in the grassed area) and park benches (overlooking the river). There is good parking for standard cars and two disabled car parks.

The Soldiers’ Memorial is a well-maintained tribute to the fallen soldiers from this district with healthy rose bushes and informative plaques. The park is bounded by mature and distinctive trees.

Nice park but unfortunately the council is re vampire the playground area so other than the skateboard park there isn't much to do there for the little ones..
Nice clean toilets ,suitable for wheelchairs.
Dogs should be onlead but people do let them off..just be cautious.

Soldiers Park in Collie is a beautifully well kept park that is equipped with a fabulous playground for the kids, decent public amenities plus picnic tables with bench seats. It is very spacious and has the most gorgeous tree's lining two sides of the park which are perfect to sit under on a warm summer's day. There is an plenty of parking on both sides of the road with easy access to the park. Would highly recommend Soldiers Park for a visit , eat your lunch there or just sit and enjoy the park and it's lovely surrounds.

Don’t drive, when tired have a rest at Soldiers Park in Collie. Don’t pack the scooters or skateboards too far away! Great skatepark, big playground. Huge trees with grass for sleeping on a oicnic blanket. Tables for enjoying picnic or take aways. Toilets too! Fuel, chicken treat and Woolworths nearby for shopping en route!

Peaceful and clean. Great peace to bring visitors. Lots to do. Play on the park, walk around the river or start from here to challenge yourself on the awesome mountain bike trails.

It was the site for the launch of the weekly Collie River Trail parkrun, which is held at 8.00 am every Saturday. There were great facilities available. The tracks/paths were great.

Beautiful place, has a park gym also, all around lovely place to go for a picnic or just to walk you dog (please note, dogs are to stay on the leash at all times)

Peaceful park. The footpaths are lined with beautiful old trees, there is a playground and exercise equipment, benches and BBQs.
