I have been going to Dr Jason Alexander for skin checks for over 10 years. He has always been thorough and professional. Appointments with him are always on time and are long enough to enable excellent checking. He does not over service so if he does do a biopsy there is every chance it really is needed.Highly recommend.

This morning I had a nurse appointment, they are very professional, however they are also friendly. I had to make another appointment for my Dr on the way out and the receptionists are so friendly and also professional. Now even though this is a mixed billing practice it also makes you feel like you’re being treated like you’re in the hands of a caring professional team

Lovely staff very friendly never have to wait to long my doctor is wonderful very caring thorough and never to busy to listen all in all a very nice place to visit my blood pressure doesn't go up as much as it used to when visiting medical centres.

I love this practice. The staff are truly wonderful and go out of there way to help. If this was a little closer to me I would use this one all the time. Instead I use the Maryborough clinic.

I got an appointment as a new patient within a couple of days. Bulk billed and was arranged to have further tests for a chronic condition which a doctor at another surgery refused to investigate.

Whole centre is lovely! They are very welcoming and happy to help. Finally found doctors that are happy to listen and help! Dr Sai truly takes the time needed to make sure his patients feel heard and comfortable, he doesn’t check the time every 2 mins like doctors I have had in the past that have tried to rush me out the door and make me feel unheard or taken seriously, he puts in a lot of effort even if he doesn’t fully understand something he will spent his time learning and researching until he fully understands and can reassure he has taken time to make sure correct treatment is in place and correct testing is done if needed. He is happy to have a laugh and make you feel comfortable and welcome. Highly recommend him! :)) if there was more than 5 star option I would rate Divine Medical Centre Hervey Bay that! They go above and beyond 🥰🌟

This as great practice with all the staff very friendly and the nurses and the doctors are very efficient and listen to what you have to say .I highly recommend this practice.

I have been seeing Jason Alexandre now for many years, and I believe that he is the best skin doctor on the Fraser Coast.

Great doctors and staff, very caring. Very busy surgery, sometime you may wait but worth it for the excellent treatment and caring you get.

I visit Divine often due to a b12 deficiency and from the getgo, I have had great service! I now have my partner and daughter registered with them, customer service is brilliant and quick, the staff at the front counter are always friendly and welcoming, there's no hassle when I'm having to reschedule due to work commitments and Dr Sawson is extremely thorough.
I cannot say better things about the whole place, I have moved up from Brisbane and I am very happy to have found such an attentive doctor. Highly recommended.

The doctors and staff are hard working professionals and yes, often you have to wait due to the demand for their services its a busy surgery. The knowledge and insightfulness these doctors have is astounding, the care and attention given is acceptional. I am very grateful for their dedication and the service I have received over the past 6 years. Thank you Dr Sam and the whole team it is appreciated.
