I had a very pleasant and memorable experience with Dr. Luke Christensen and his staff. they did a very hard procedure, the staff was very helpful and kind and always available to help. Dr. Luke is very professional, he takes the time to explain what needs to be done and provides valuable advice , It's not easy to find a good dentist, I am from Mackay and fortunate enough to have met Dr. Luke and the hole team and staff of Keppel Dental with my all on 4 journey, I highly recommend Keppel Dental

My experience was fantastic.

I went to Keppel dental with an urgency and pain. lyndsey and her assistant took great care of me and did an amazing job. They solved the problem in 20 minutes and my teeth are in perfect condition again.

It was like beign at home. Sometimes is hard for foreigns to trust in places like this, and choosing keppel dental was the best answer.

Keppel dental is a fantastic dental clinic. Each member of the staff are friendly and the dentist's are really kind and patient with our daughter when she has needed to come in. An overall great dentistry clinic!

Megan was great with our son. She explained steps throughout the treatment and took time to show him the equipment required and what it was used for. Megan was calm and reassuring.

I attended the surgery very apprehensively as I had a huge amount of work to do. Sam was the dentist that looked after me. I had approximately eight visits and not once did. Sam hurt me or cause me to be anxious. He reassured me at all times and was very patient. Before the work commenced, I was fully informed of what work needed to be done I was also given options The end result was that my teeth are now in good condition. I'm 66 and I get to retain my own teeth rather than having dentures and I'm pain free I can't recommend Sam enough I'm now attending the dentist without being frightened I highly recommend Sam and and the girls of Keppel dental

For Dr.Sam, Dr (can’t remember her name sorry- Taylor?), Tara and Cami as well as the rest of the team - you guys were absolutely amazing. The level of compassion, knowledge, professionalism and expertise you guys had blew my mind and honestly really made my day. The atmosphere was inviting, positive, warm and comfortable, there is no excuse for me to be scared of going to the dentist when there is a great one like this. I appreciate the time you spent researching the medications and medical history before my appointment and educating me on how this links to my teeth/mouth. I felt like part of the team with how easy I could talk to everyone. Cannot say Thankyou enough. Cheers!

My first time going to the dentist since i was a kid- and appointments in general are a hugely stressful thing for me, that often leave me completely drained. However, my experience getting a check up and x-ray at Keppel Dental was wonderful.

My dentist was Sam. The assistants were Tara and Katie. All three of them were just absolutely lovely. I felt so safe, comfortable, and listened to. I really felt like I could relax. I never felt judged or negative in any way! Everyone was so friendly and professional. I just felt really really comfortable, which is super rare for me! They ran through the entire process, explaining everything they were doing in a way that was really clear and easy to follow. Any questions I had were easily answered, with no judgement.

I would also like to make note of Robyn, who I spoke to on the phone to book my appointment. She explained the processes and gave me accurate quotes, and was incredibly calming and friendly to speak to. Setting up an appointment had never been so easy!

The office in general was perfectly cleaned, decorated wonderfully and totally comfortable. The desk staff were really friendly, and made checking in and out very smooth and easy.

I left my appointment in a better mood than I was when I went in.
I would recommend Keppel Dental to anyone, especially the staff I mentioned by name. I really had just such a good experience. Thank you to everyone involved!

I have just begun the process of getting all my teeth fixed that I have neglected for way too many years. Megan has started with the cleaning of my teeth over a few appointments. I was quite distressed at first, Megan and the staff cared for me until I was at ease. During my appointments, I was relaxed and did not feel any pain, just slight discomfort at times. I would recommend Keppel Dental to everyone. If you want your teeth attended to and want the best, you have pay for it. My income is low, they have a payment plan. Go for it!

Currently travelling and just passing through in Yeppoon when my son had an accident and damaged his tooth. Keppel Dental got us in the same day, and have been great in assisting us with organising an oral surgeon in the area. Tahlia and admin staff, you made this stressful situation an extremely positive one, thank you! Extremely kid friendly too - my son keeps asking to go back!

For over 20 years I have struggled with the appearance of my teeth. Thanks to Luke and staff, they created a perfect smile. I am no longer hiding my smile or paranoid. My recent experience with Keppel dental here in Yeppoon has been nothing by enjoyable and positive. During my visit I was made to feel welcome with genuine care by the attendants at the front desk as I walked in, to the professionalism of the staff that worked on my oral needs. I received quality care and any questions I might have had were answered. Over the years I have been to a few different dental clinics but never have I had one that I genuinely felt like I’ve got my monies worth until now. I went and saw Matthew (Dentist) and Dana (Oral Health Therapist), its great to see people that pay attention to detail and really care about their patients, so I take my hat off to you guys.
