Have been a patient here for around 20 years. Always had exceptional service from both the doctor as well as the reception team. Never have a problem getting an appointment. & always greeted by a friendly face & a nice welcome.
My doctor is amazing and has always shown patience and has never made me feel rushed. I trust his judgment 100% and I know he has always had my best interests at heart. He is thorough and quick with all referrals for any further treatment needed. .
I am never in any doubt that I am receiving the best care & I wouldn’t go anywhere else for treatment for myself or my family.

We have been seeing Dr Singh for many yrs and have a great appreciation 🙏🏻 for him and reception staff!

I went to the Hyperdome Medical Centre as a new patient this morning. The receptionists were helpful and friendly.

I saw Dr. Omesh who was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Within three hours I had a possible diagnosis, ct scan done down the road, picked up a script from the chemist down the road as well and gone over the results of the scan with Dr. Omesh.

Lucky to life in a country with such great healthcare. Thanks!

Excellent service from reception, Dr Singh and nurse today, when I needed medication for Covid.

Hyperdome medical centre has been our family doctors clinic for the last 20 years. The reception staff are extremely kind, welcoming & helpful always going above and beyond for us. The doctors are all fantastic with kids and very thorough. The nurses are very kind and gentle, especially with childhood immunisations. All in all I absolutely love this practice and the staff!!

For the first time ever, I received a phonecall from the doctor to check in with me to see how I was doing after my appointment. Dr June took the time to call and discuss my results after the tests came back.. wonderfully personal service and genuine care factor . I'm super appreciative!!
We need more young professionals in medicine just like Dr June.. Thankyou

The team at Hyperdome Medical Centre Bryants road provide consistently high standards of care and professionalism throughout all interactions. The doctors take the time to genuinely listen to patients concerns and the front reception staff are absolutely wonderful. It is very refreshing to be greeted with a smile and understanding communication as soon as one enters the front door.

Vera and the reception team do a fantastic job given the volume of customers they see on a daily basis and I couldn't be happier with the service. Reading some of these 1 star reviews just shows how much some people could learn from these kind and caring staff.

I have been attending the Hyperdome Medical Centre for over 12 years. The doctors and staff are all professional, friendly and extremely helpful. It’s a convenient location and there’s plenty of parking. The premises are always spotless too. Highly recommend this practice.

I think that this medical centre is first class. They have looked after me for many years. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice to my family and friends. Always friendly and efficient staff make going to the doctors almost enjoyable!

I have been going to Hyperdome Medical Centre for the last 5 years the reception and nursing staff are so kind and professional always cheerful and make you feel welcome every time I have gone to see a Doctor. I see Dr Singh and have nothing but respect for the job he does. The surgery is not bulk billing anymore but you are only out of pocket $10 . I would much rather pay and see my Doctor with little wait then wait for 3 hours at a bulkbilling centre where you cant even choose who you see.

I suspect some of the reviews are from patients who themselves have an attitude or cannot get what they want at the time they want it. Yes you may have to wait sometimes - try going to a Doctors surgery without appointments and see how long you have to wait. I have been a patient here for 12 years and had no problems with any of the Doctors or Receptionists. Yes they are firm but often that is exactly what is needed when dealing with the public!

Our family has been with the hyperdome medical centre for almost a decade and we know and trust the service. The staff are always friendly and helpful..

Have been going here several years and found all the doctors to be lovely and caring. Special shout out to Dr Anitha and Dr June who are both wonderful with my children❤

Wonderful Doctors. My family has been attending the centre for many years now. I honestly can't fault them.

I have been seeing my doctors at the Centre for over 18 years and they and the nursing staff and reception staff have been extremely helpful and provide common sense approach to my health care and that of my family.
