I had a really great experience with AirXperts, the whole team are very professional and responsive to any questions you may have. They came and quoted quickly with a great price, and installed quickly after working hard to install 2 air units exactly where I was hoping to have them. Can't recommend enough!

Had AirXperts out to have an air conditioner in my place replaced. From the start Natalie was amazing and provided great customer service. All questions that I had were answered by either Natalie or Ramsay prior to the installation. The quote was competitive and I was more than happy to move ahead with the installation. On installation day the team were on time, professional and tidy. Post installation Natalie made sure to call me to check that I was happy with everything.
Overall, very impressed with the entire experience offered by AirXperts and would recommend them any day.

I recently got my Mitsubishi SRK50ZSA-W reverse cycle split system air-conditioning installed in my unit and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The entire process, customer service, and installation process were smooth and hassle-free. One of the primary reasons I chose this product was its energy efficiency.

At first, Natalie provided me with exceptional customer service for all the requests I wanted as I felt unsure what needed to be installed in my unit and she was so patient & happy to assist right away with my requests. She sent me a detailed email for what I requested and that’s when I felt satisfied that she would assist me throughout the whole process. As Strata can be quite thorough, she provided me with all the documents and completed information to submit.

Ramsey came just a few days after for the inspection and gladly helped me out of what would be good in my unit. Great assistance and felt thankful for his help.

Imran & Naseem did the installation process efficiently. They worked hard and well in completing it. However, there was an issue with the product (but under the Mitsubishi warranty) that the supplier should be checking. But when Irman and Moey came back the next business day to mount my remote, Moey checked and was able to fix the issue.

In summary, I couldn't have asked for a better experience with the AirExperts team, Natalie, Ramsey, and air conditioner installers, Imran, Naseem, and Moey. Their professionalism, expertise, and commitment to customer satisfaction were exemplary. If you need air conditioner installation services, I wholeheartedly recommend reaching out to the AirExperts team. They exceeded my expectations in every way, and I'm extremely satisfied with the results.

The team were professional throughout the process. Amani and Natalie were great to deal with. I installed Mitsubishi 10KW ducted, the touch screen for the main control is funny and sometimes selects the option below the one you touch, this obviously is the manufacturer issue. The AC works amazing.

One of the best companies I have dealt with. Customer service is exceptional from Nat in the office who is so accommodating and goes the extra mile to make things happen to the guys that attend onsite who explain any unexpected things that arise and options on how to move forward the best way. A great experience all round and I would not hesitate in recommending AirXperts.

The team from AirXperts were exceptional from start to finish. They were always on time, true to their word and on budget. All phone interactions were handled with such professionalism and this gave us the trust and faith to proceed with the job. When they visited to review the house, the feedback and recommendations were 100% on point - we hadn’t even considered some of the ideas they had! On the day of installation, the team were again exceptional and completed the install to our delight - they left the house cleaner than when they arrived as well! After installation follow up also second to none! I definitely recommend AirXperts for all your air conditioning needs!!!

My husband chose AirXperts because of their great Google Reviews. From the start, we were not disappointed! Natalie, in the office, was outstanding - quick to respond, pleasant and helpful. Ramsey came to scope the job and was also the ultimate professional - on time, polite, and really knew his stuff. The team were very helpful in settling a date with us which was sooner than we had expected, but great news! On the day of the installment, Ali, Imran and Moe all arrived on time and, again, were outstanding in their politeness and professionalism. They finished the job by mid-afternoon and everything was exactly where we had hoped, aesthetically. The team removed our old ugly extractor and were really keen to clean up after themselves. We cannot recommend these guys enough. You won't be disappointed. Oh, and they are good value too!

Very tidy and efficient workmanship in fact the whole process from the initial discussion with Natalie through to the installation and operational run-through was very professional.

Got a unit installed in the main bedroom. They helped with all the strata documents I needed. Natalie was very helpful and kept me updated on all the progress. Highly recommended!

I had a large residential job and researched half a dozen companies to come in and quote because it was going to be around $10,000. Some did not respond and there was a surprising price range — but AirXperts was in the bottom half, and that shows honesty. They were the only ones to show transparency by preparing a quote telling me actual details of the job to be done. Unlike the others, AirXperts actually came back to me with choices and models to configure, which you would expect for one of life's biggest purchases. I chose them because of their level of professionalism and when the installation day came, this was reflected in their work. They consulted me a few times about the aesthetic choices and came up with tweaks that improved the layout. The outdoor units are now far more accessible, neatly separated from the floors and walls, and with tidier piping than the units they replaced. The old units were taken away without me having to ask, and I appreciated that, as well as the sweeping and vacuuming along the way. This is one of the easiest recommendations I would make. Always get 3 quotes for something this large, but don't bother trying to save 10% or 15% if they're not this good.

I had a great experience with Airxperts. Natalie was so amazing, prompt, knowledgeable only because of her I went ahead getting the quote. During our phone conversation she already googled my address and had a look at the building. Ramsey was efficient and personable. I got great advise and he even provided me with a follow up call. From start to finish - perfect. 4 people were on site. 2.5kw Panasonic.

Needed to replace my split system unit. Great service from the start, Natalie provided thorough quotes for three different options, and pricing was great. She patiently worked with me in finding the best solution and a suitable time for installation. The work crew was prompt and efficient. Overall, they were very professional and friendly, and Natalie kept me informed at every step. I highly recommend them, and I will contact them again for all my future air conditioning needs.

Update Feb2024 - Had AirXperts install a ducted system at new property to replace a failed old system. As with previous experience everything went well, staff were good to communicate what was happening and system is working great. Would continue to use them for future installs.

Turns out you can only leave one google review (makes sense). Anyway, have had AirXperts back to install a second split system and as before - all went well, systems works, install was done on time and everyone cleaned up afterwards. Would (and did) use again.

Install was clean, on time and as agreed. New system working well. Good communication from office and guys onsite. Would definitely use again.
