Mount Pleasant Lookout

Great artillery memorial and the views are also very nice!

The name mean it. It's pleasant and interesting lookout, although not too high. A gorgeous view of Fyshwick and airport can be seen from this lookout. We saw two plans ladings and some rabbits white walking through the walking trails. Mush see place in Canberra.

Fairly quiet lookout. Views of queanbeyan, the airport you can watch planes fly in añd out plus lake burley griffin and black mountain tower.

I'm pleasantly surprised. The views from Mt Pleasant lookout are beautiful for almost 360 degrees. Watching planes come into land from here was unexpectedly amazing, also. Canberra continues to reveal some great places. Well worth a visit.

Great views to Lake Burley Griffin, and rarely overcrowded. Public access via the Royal Military College, Duntroon or the Australian Defence Force Academy.

A little bit of a steep walk up but its a nice view at the top and some Kangaroos up there also

Its a great view of all of Canberra. You can spend many hours walking around the tracks and take in the peaceful surrounds. This place is high on the top of a hill which gives you 360 degree views which are just Devine easy to get to plenty of parking

Birds eye view across the Kingston foreshore to Red Hill lookout, Parliament House, High Court, National Library, Telstra Tower and CBR airport with Campbell and Civic in the foreground. Check it out!

Fun little hike for me and my doggo was mostly deserted not sure if thats normal or was due to the easter long weekend.

Amazing views! Great all around view of Canberra so if you want a good vantage point to see Canberra that's one of the places I would recommend!
