Max Brenner - Surfers Paradise

Ridiculously good!!! We had the white choc cheesecake; rocky road sundae; sticky date pudding. Definitely up there with the best comforting, scrumptious dessert places ♥

On Tuesday 8th November 2023. My partner and I went to Max Brenner - Surfer’s Paradise in afternoon for dessert and met Shadow. He recommended - 2 Milk Chocolate Frappes and Tiramisu to share. We were extremely impressed with his recommendations. It was money well spent. He was a happy, cheerful worker and we were impressed with his customer service skills and commitment to his job as well. We know a lot of Max Brenner’s have closed down over the years, but with his behaviour at work we can see his commitment too. Excellent job. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Just had the most amazing experience at Max Brenner chocolate bar! If you're a chocolate lover, this place is a must-visit. They have a wide variety of chocolate treats, from rich and decadent cakes to smooth and creamy hot chocolate. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, perfect for catching up with friends or treating yourself to a solo indulgence. And the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about all things chocolate. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

Absolutely amazing and the staff were very friendly. The Brownie Sundae is delicious! Best parking is underneath at the Secure Parking - Chevron Renaissance Car Park.

Visited for a coffe, and Zion took my order full of enthusiasm and very good customer service. He also made my coffee and bought it to me on my table, he is basically running the shop alone a this point. The coffee was amazingly good, one of the best I ever had.

Had fondue for 2 and coffee. The fondue, so yum! The chocolate tastes amazing.
Partner had the mocha and really enjoyed it.
Also brought some merch so we can fondue at home. Only bad thing I'd have to say is that the chocolate for home use is a bit spenny.

One of the cutest place I've been in gold coast. Sitting opposite to that door and enjoying my hot milk chocolate with a view of tram passing by, just felt so nice ❤🤤
Will definitely go here again to try more things. Loved the service, staff is sweet and welcoming, very clean and organized space, beautiful view to the main road with trams passing by.

We ordered the 80’s Milkshake, the Choc Fudge Brownie Milkshake and the Banana
split Waffle and they were THE BOMB! Definitely a must try if you have a sweet tooth like me! 😊 the staff were very friendly too! 😊 keep it up!

Really really good! We had the brownie pizza and it was absolutely amazing 🥰 we couldn’t eat it all because it was so decadent. The two people working today were very friendly and efficient and I love them both thank youuuuu ✨💓🫶🏻

It was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful too, especially around the GF Questions. Tons of options - some very expensive. Heaps of places to sit and it was nice a warm despite it being a cold night.

The guy who served us was an absolute delight!! There was an issue with the toffle being out and he was very nice about the whole scenario, and offered us a nice replacement, by far a 5/5 experience

The coffee and the hot chocolate is so good and tasty!! My friend and I both love to enjoy our perfect coffee time here!!
All desserts look so yummy here, and the best part about this place is everything not too sweet at all!! Very healthy!!

Fist of all, the coffee was amazing - was also really happy that they were open so late on a Wednesday! The iced chocolate was also delicious and was made with almond milk at our request. The staff were all incredibly friendly especially our waitress Courtney who was just so lovely, love this place!

Nice environment!! The classic chocolate milk tasted great! The cup was special, which called HUG MUG, designed to help people for hugging in both hands and experience the chocolate drinking through all five senses.

Open late. Thick hot chocolates are my favourite but all the food here is really yum because it is awesome chocolate. Strawberry dishes with the melted chocolate is crazy good too.

Pleasant venue. I love their Italian Hot Chocolates. It was served nice and hot. Staff efficient and friendly.

I love the place so on my visit to the Gold Coast I just had to go. We had the sharing plate. It was yummy I could have eaten it all but I had to share it with friends.
