Great location, friendly staff. Helped my son with products to help him sleep better consistently and improve his allergy issues which he's been suffering all his 16yrs, very welcoming staff and so supportive of the Mt Cotton community

10/10 service from everyone at this store. Had a young lady by the name of Jess help me today. She’s always so pleasant, she goes out of her way every time to help. I’m glad shes moved to my local chemist now from other cornubia store.

I purchased a Braun BNT400 forehead thermometer for $113. It is not reliable in any way, being 1.8°C lower than the doctor's in ear thermometer. Upon trying to return it the following day & buy a more expensive in ear one I was advised to contact Braun directly. There was zero assistance to help me provide for my unwell 7 year old with a reliable & necessary tool. Unless there is an apocalypse & I'm in the area to loot supplies, I won't be returning. Store policy, schmore schmolicy.

Be very careful at this pharmacy with pricing. The whole isle this morning had large very clear 50% off RRP pricing but when going to pay they said it didn’t, when I pointed out the signs I was told they had pulled down the individual price tags so didn’t have to give me the discount. Very poor service. Would not return to this store.

Worst service and attitude - “Adam” would not return nor exchange an item that I had a receipt for that was still brand new in a box and never used - only purchased days ago! Wake up to yourselves Chemist Warehouse - a customer spend of $2,500 plus in only 6 months lost over a refund/exchange worth $24.99!!! Will be taking this further as it’s against the law - no signs in the shop saying item cannot be exchanged when I purchased!!!
