I have had a great experience shopping with James Lane, from the help in choosing a sofa, to follow up on a small issue that presented itself. A massive shout out to Sasha who delivered my couch. He made sure everything was where i needed it and provided exceptional service, they are lucky to have you Sasha!! Thank you everyone from online customer service, staff at Robina and Bundall, I’m so happy with my Riley sofa. ( a bit in love actually!)

Part 2....Gina the bedhead is everything I wanted, thank you. And thank you again for taking the time and be caring when the third party delivery guys treated me so badly. This is by no means a negative review, but if you purchase something from this store, ask and make sure you get in writing that the delivery guys will in fact help you. I had a super bad experience, where they carried a super heavy bedhead in my room and then walked out. It was inside a box, I wasnt even given time to make sure it was the coreect colour or even what I had ordered, then they demanded I sign for delivery......Not good enough Only that I yelled at them did one young guy actually help me, the other guys argued that was not their job. Then refused to take away packaging.

Ummmm not one hint of any customer service from these guys, a third guy then walked in uninvited to my home found us in bedroom and asked what was MY problem lady....should have been what is your problem in helping. No way I could have unboxed this on my own or even give me time to look the warehouse sent the correct one. Yes mistakes can happen, I just wanted to know I got the correct item I had paid for.
