I haven't a bad thing to say about Sonic. When I arrived for my Workcover appointment I was greeted by a smile from the counter staff. Dr Edwin Mark Butler was very clear and concise about everything and made me feel comfortable the cunsult.
Would recommend to anyone.

Excellent service from the reception,physiotherapy and Doctors during the time of my injury they have been very professional and supportive I would definitley recommend them for their services as a health organisation

I had a pre employment exam at Sonic and it was a Super experience. The staff are all very friendly and help full .

Very friendly and helpful staff on the front desk. Very polite and knowledgeable GP. No space to wait inside so have to sit outside under cover - not great if weather inclement.

I would like to thank the manager of Sonic Health Plus, Lisa Ellis, whose professional response to a received complaint regarding communication style of specific personnel and addressing it immediately. The manager acknowledged the incident, accepted that it was not of the standard expected within the Health environment and personally apologized to the recipient of that incident. It is refreshing to know that a manager is able to respond accordingly in a mature manner and solve issues in order that other patients do not experience the same resultant outcomes.

We use this business for pre-employment testing. They need to change their business model so clinics can give you pricing instead of referring you to head office for prices. Its annoying and time consuming.

Two girls at front desk were rude & miserable. no smiles, no hellos.
Vape was on her desk and visible for all of us to see. On top of that she kept going outside to vape infront of us every 5 minutes. Not a good first impression. Very unprofessional.
Atleast the Doctors were nice.

Lack of customer service skills. Long and grumpy faces with an easily annoyed attitude.

Front desk really need a warning. They are the face of the company, and not leaving them in a good place.

Booked in for a vaccination based on upcoming travel. Arrive, do my paperwork and wait outside for 30+ mins past my appointment time. The nurse (nice person) comes out and tells me they don't stock said vaccine, because they are not a travel clinic. This is despite me explicitly explaining during the phone call booking process, that I am travelling and therefore need a specific vaccine. Try somewhere else in future

Appointment at 8.20am, but was told to wait for at least 1 hour because general examination time for the patients before me started at 8am and it takes 1.5-2hours for the examination. Why can't I come at 10am after the first batch of patients are done rather than asking me to come at 8.20am to wait until 10am? So unorganised! Please don't come here!

Very pathetic place with pathetic entitled staff who look like they should consider taking their own advice about "Health" Disgusted in the women who work here that make it a terrible experience for everyone. Especially the Polynesian woman who lacks manners and needs a reality check, if anything you shouldn't be taking advice from someone who looks like they suffer from severe health issues. As well as the horrid old woman who barks at everyone but is no better. No stars and wouldn't recommend this joke of a place to anyone. Do better!

If it was possible to give them no stars I would. Sat around for 30 minutes past my Appointment, while all the doctors sat in a room in front of us talking about personal life matters.

What a poorly run company would never come here again. And Would never recommend to anyone. In fact I would say go anywhere but here.

If I was management I would sort out your staff. As they aren’t doing what they are being paid for.

If I could give ZERO STARS I would!!!!!!!

Felt an unprofessional vibe as soon as I walked up to the front desk. I highly DO NOT recommend this place, waste of time/money. I wished I’d read the reviews prior to coming as it was exactly what the other reviewers have said!

Ladies at the front desk talk about personal matters loudly, waited over an 2hrs from time I booked and I personally had a Dr who had lack of knowledge and needed to use Google for her understanding. I’ve never had a medical done with such unprofessional staff and uneducated professionals before.

Felt very uncomfortable here, I had no choice but to come here as this was the required company that my job would only accept which I think should be reconsidered as their desired place to do medicals.

I will be making a formal complaint to the manager and inform my job of my experience to save future customers their time and money.

Waited over an hour after appointment time to be taken into a room, to be told that the details weren't on the system, to then be sent back out to wait again while they were entered. When eventually seen, doctor was extremely rude, condescending and had no empathy. Did not come to this practice by choice, and never would.

Terrible, booked a pre employment to clear me for knee surgery. Didn't tell me I needed a clearence letter . Even rang the day before.
Staff didn't know but told me I needed to grow up and take responsibility. Mentioned it was their responsibility I got surrounded by 3 staff shouting over me.
Told them I'm re booking with someone else and was told to leave , got laughed at when I asked for email to complain.

Worst excuse for a Pre employment medical. Over four hours waiting. The medical centre shuts at 4pm. I was still inside waiting at 5:40pm. I ended up leaving without completing my medical after feeling extremely uncomfortable. What an absolute joke. Very annoyed and probably cost me a job. Shear disbelief towards the way I was left feeling.
