WorkCon - Labour Hire, Traffic Control & Recruitment

I’ve been working for WorkCon for 7 months now and have absolutely no complaints. Josh, Sunny and the team in Brisbane are great when I need to contact them, even after hours they are very helpful and understanding. Lydia was awesome when I was upgrading my qualifications. Seriously if you are looking to get into traffic management or labour hire/ construction, WorkCon is the place to start.

New to the industry, and this company has been amazing to me. I completed my 20hrs vocational placement with them and then had a smooth transition into paid employment. Josh has been an amazing and understanding allocator. I honestly couldn’t me any happier with them. Starting a new job in a new industry made me anxious, but Workcon have been amazing!

I’ve been working with WorkCon for just over a week and Kerri gave me a great introduction into the company. Josh has been very good at communicating and giving me traffic control shifts. Great team and look forward to more work with WorkCon.

I worked with them, and Josh the allocator always trying to give me shifts around my place, pretty happy with everything from the company. I've stopped working because I decided to have a break so I can focus on my studies, but planning on working back with them asap. They are awesome!

Kerri Dale and Josh at Ashmore were amazing in quickly finding me my placement hours for Traffic Control and linked me up with Sean who kept me calm and educated during my first 20 hours within the industry. Huge Thankyou I don’t think I could have been any more prepared for my Traffic Control test and moving forward in the Industry.

WorkCon had me working on day shifts within a couple of days of responding to on online labour hire ad, and had a long term placement for me within two weeks of being hired. Chris and all the Brisbane office staff were super helpful in securing employment for me close to my accommodation and have been great for providing feedback from sites and flexibility in my schedule. I would really recommend them to others on short-term/backpacker visas for the flexibility and volume of work they’ve been able to provide.

Workcon has been an amazing provider of labour force during past few years. Very committed, respectful and responsible. I Can truly say their team is amazing.

My experience with workcon , since I decided to apply for a position with them I firstly spoke with Lydia ,very polite and funny to talk to when your on the phone I thought I was going to need smoko ,was very helpful when I spoke with her. Top work Lydia. Then there ' Josh this bloke I would love to have 5 or 6 off him in my company he hS gone over and above for me to get me set up here and to work and has plenty work for me .so if anyone look I g for a job in traffic control give Lydia and Josh from workcon a call today .

I highly recommend finding employment with workcon, I signed with workcon one day and the very next day I had work. I've been fortunate enough to have had consistent on-going work at the same site for up to 6 months now. Any questions or queries I've had, Kerri has gone to ascertain whatever information I am enquiring, she is very helpful and friendly. I greatly appreciate it, thank yous again.

I’ve been with WorkCon for about a month now as a general labourer and Kerri and the WorkCon team consistently go above and beyond to make sure the needs of their employees are met. Kerri made the whole on boarding process very quick and easy. From booking courses with RTOs to providing PPE and answering any general enquires you might have Kerri is absolutely all over it! There’s lots of recruiters out there but WorkCon definitely rise above the rest! Big thanks to Kerri!!
