Its a shame to give a 2-star review as the product is great, the customer service is terrible, and the delivery process is unreliable.
I went with the flat pack option and my order came in 3 different lots, this was not advised to me at the point of booking the first delivery in which the customer service team advised all product was coming. I went ahead with my renovation plans and booked everything in. The delayed deliveries postponed the start of the renovation, and the customer service team wouldn't give me a straight answer as to when it was due. The lady on the phone also didn't want to help me as I was assigned another 'customer service agent' - it had been 10 days waiting at this point when I followed them up, they responded after 2 weeks. Then once the final lot arrived, we rebooked our other trades etc and when we opened up the boxes weeks later there was a damaged melamine piece. Given the previous delays I bought a replacement piece from bunnings, and the customer service team refused to reimburse me as I didn't notify them within 7 days. The refusal to pay for an issue that is their responsibility and cost would be passed onto the manufacturer was disappointing.
As mentioned, the product is great and I'm happy with the finished result, however, a lot of improvement is needed for the customer service.

I went there and sat down with the kitchen designer for three hours. I had drafted plans From the architect. We designed the kitchen, layout, drawers, cupboards, etc. When I asked for detailed plans and quote to be email to me. They said we don’t provide that They just wrote the quoted price hand written down on a piece of paper with a rough estimate of what installation might be!! would not recommend wasting your time with these clowns

I actually went to the Freedom site to see if we could purchase a replacement hinge for our 6 yo kitchen. Thought I would look at the reviews, well nothing has changed. We had so many issues with our manufacturing & installation 6 years ago. No sink, scratched bench tops, missing panels, unfinished exposed chipboard & it goes on. The office was rude & arrogant , the installer incompetent & lazy. The issue for Freedom was we knew what we were talking about, my husband was a retired cabinet maker. First kitchen in 40 years of marriage he didn’t build, definitely the worse!!

Freedom kitchens has been terrible to deal with. We could have got a kitchen cheaper elsewhere but went with them for the proposed ‘ease’. They included extra hidden costs that were not outlined when we first signed the contract, they have been terrible with communication as no one ever phones back or are not easy to reach. They forgot parts of the kitchen and are not saying they will take another 20 business days to come and have a look. The bench top company they are connected with are now 3 weeks late and have now pushed it back again. We have asked to speak with people from freedom and still no reply or phone call. Would not recommend this company.

Freedom has terrible service. Not worth the savings.
Currently dealing with freedom + contractors who don't communicate with each other properly and you end up being the middle man coordinating them all.

Contacted freedom today, and spoke to Jeff, to advise the drawings are incorrect and asked for them to contact the installer (whom is supplied by Freedom) to arrange for correct ones to be sent. Freedom declined any responsibility and advised that I had to be the person to contact the installer as that is who I am hiring. This is despite me explaining that he was allocated to me via Freedom.

Numerous examples of the same issues. You never speak to the same person who knows what is going on. Do not hire Freedom to do any renovations. They should stay in their lane and stick to furniture.

The staff from freedom kitchens Southport were amazing, went above and beyond to help us and unfortunately that is where the good experience ended! The post installation customer service has been useless. The purpose of our new kitchen was to creat more cupboard space in our apartment, the installer & plumber chose to position the hot water system in a cupboard space which made their work easier but made us loose a huge amount of valuable space. We have cupboards that do not close properly, a door that doesn’t fit and peeling cabinetry.

We raised these issues with the customer service team over the past 12+ months & they said they do not send anyone out for a final inspection, then we were told by the builder to trim the cabinetry ourselves so the door closes properly. I should have seen red flags when I was talked out of the original cabinetry I decided on, which also after speaking with others they had made the decision not to go with freedom for this reason. I had so much hope to create the kitchen of my dreams which instead the builder did not hold out to my expectations.

Don't buy from here. It's a dumpster fire. Save your money and buy from a different place or get a camping kitchen instead will last longer. Dealing with these people is not worth the trouble and a massive was waste of money for what you get. Overpriced trash.

Hands down, the worst on Australia.
Mistakes in design, they don't know their stuff.
After sale customer service does not exist. Notwithstanding that the service people are oblivious
