Outstanding customer service! I made the journey from Indooroopilly specifically to shop for some dining chairs which Capalaba had display of, and I must say, ASM Maddie went above and beyond in assisting me with clearance options! She also ensured I secured the best deal and was an absolute delight to interact with. My time spent in the store was thoroughly enjoyable and I'm delighted with how the chairs look in my home – making the trip entirely worthwhile! The other staff members were equally friendly and helpful, contributing to a FANTASTIC shopping experience. This store and its staff are top-notch. I'll certainly be returning in the future!

We just picked up some bars stools from an online order and Greg (customer pickup dock) was exceptional. Greg went well above customer service to make our pickup so easy. Very friendly, helpful and polite. Well done Greg and Thankyou.

Capalaba Fantastic Furniture on Friday 22nd Dec were amazing. The two men who helped me with my order were professional, friendly and helpful! It was busy leading up to Christmas and they provided great customer service. I wish I could remember their names.

We would like to thank the lovely staff (especially Lisa) at Fantastic Capalaba for their efforts on our behalf. They were willing to go above and beyond the sales to ensure our three year old grandaughter had a beautiful "Princess" bedroom to come home to in her new house. The look on her face said it all... she was SO excited and happy. Thanks again, ladies.

Fantastic Furniture Capalaba is wonderful. The staff are so friendly and helpful. There was a mix up with our lounge delivery but they sorted it super quick AND on a weekend. Honestly amazing customer service and some super lovely people. Highly recommend this store.

Nice store, super friendly staff and very helpful. Bought an entertainment unit that had some damage, we got offered an exchange, partial refund or store credit without any issues.

Bought a bed frame online on 15/4, pick up still not available until 16/4 due to their e commerce system issue, We went into Capalaba shop on 16/4 and the staff offer us other solutions and let us know which products were available for pick up at that point of time. 100% professional customer service. Although the product is made in China, still good quality at this price. Will definitely coming back in the future if we need something else. Thanks again for the staff that work on 16th april 2023, Sunday afternoon.

Really nice shop, bought a divider and some home furniture last year and it was so easy to shop here the staff are very helpful and kind.

Fantastic furniture is a definite place to go to if your furniture shopping. The staff have always been super helpful especially the younger lady who’s name I can’t remember. She’s always given great service and advice.

One of the best things is when they have a great warranty/ policy. I brought a mattress there and it was definitely faulty as it was lob-sided after only a few months, I was given the option to pick a replacement and the one I have no has changed my life is SOOOO comfortable.

All in all very clean and pleasant store definitely recommend.

My mother and I went to fantastic furniture capalaba today to buy a mattress for my sister, we were served by Michaela, she was so helpful and lovely to talk to. Great customer service. We picked the mattress up at the other side of the store at the warehouse part, we were also greeting by a gentleman who loaded our car for us with no question, great customer services by both 😊

We bought a Home Robe package, easy enough to assemble just follow the instructions.it looks nice and sturdy. The ladies in the capalaba shop were very helpful and solved a minor issue with the delivery promptly and efficiently A BIG THANK YOU.

Purchased a desk with hutch desk available was told hutch would be 3-5 weeks delivery great surprise picked up today 6 days later
