I first got to know Detail Electrical through a property that I was previously renting. My landlord engaged Detail Electrical 3 separate times to clean 3 split ACs, install 2 bathroom exhaust fans and to replace an old split AC. On all occasions, I found the guys to be extremely friendly, polite, efficient and knowledgeable. They were very punctual as well. After having such a positive experience with them, I decided to engage their service for my new home and I'm glad that I did. Aldo provided a competitive quote to replace our ducted AC, replace 2 ceiling fans and to install an induction cooker. Subsequently, Aldo personally inspected the ducted AC installation and made sure that everything was in working order. It was a great pleasure having the guys doing the work as they were very careful not to damage anything in the house and they tidied up things before leaving. I would highly recommend Detail Electrical and will definitely use them again. They have excellent work ethics and are always ready to answer any questions in layman's terms.

Aldo and his team were a good find. The lady in the office was very nice, helpful and friendly. Aldo went to our place a few times to work on our oven and nothing is too much for them. Such a good company that we'll be using again for sure!

Once of the best experiences and most trustworthy, quality people and workmanship I have come across in a long time. Works completed are, 3 ceiling fans, Air Conditioning, inside lights, outside lights, safety switches.

Phill has answered all questions quickly which has given me a lot of additional understanding before I make the decision of install.

Josh is incredible, a craftsman who is very friendly and really cares about how the job is finished from the wiring through to the final look.

I could not be happier and recommend Detail Electrical 100%.
Everything they have done has exceeded my expectations.

This company used to be great and very reliable. Unfortunately like many small businesses they have forgotten the smaller clients who started out with them. Now they don’t provide quotes and overcharge for work that isn’t completed. A very disappointing outcome.

My partner and I stayed at Deb and Aldo’s Detals Farm Stay back in march.

We payed Deb and Aldo for us and our 4 friends to use the bus ($130 per couple) from their farm stay to CMC music festival. We ended up not using the bus because when we wanted to use the bus it had already left with other family’s going to cmc.

My partner and I have messaged Deb over the past few weeks asking for a refund on the bus as we did not use it. We have still not received a response.

Very unprofessional Deb and Aldo.

We are genuinely nice people which were happy to negotiate a deal but you don’t even respond to your customers messages, how pathetic.

It is not ok to keep customers money if they did not use the service.

Happy to remove the bad review once we receive our $130 refund. If not I’ll just keep writing bad reviews on your businesses pages until we get a response.

The worst experience I have had I would not recommend them to anyone. The technician arrived in time and was great and friendly. He inspected the garage door motor and advised the circuit board had burnt out and needed replacing, then he replaced my fan switch, which was wired incorrectly. Spent 45 minutes and advised they would order the part for the garage motor and get back to me. No contact was made in 2 weeks I had to ring them 5 times. After that they quoted to replace the motor. Because I couldn't use the door I had another company replace the motor. This happened 3 weeks arter. The quote I received from Detail Electrical was $200.00 more. And charged me additional travel time which wasn't mentioned. The payment was done because they threatened me with legal action and stressed me out. Please think twice before using Detail Electrical Service. Never again will I use this company. I will never recommend this company. 😠😠😠👎👎👎

The worse service ever. They came to the property to "fix" the roof. Apparently everything was done and they came once again to do the painting. When I told the guy Aldo ("the manager") that it was still leaking he went to the roof and said everything is dry. I had to go up myself and when I checked there were two leaks as I said. Then the guy said, I didn't say it was dry.
When I called the agency to complain about it the person on the other line simply said, why do you worry about it if you are not paying? What? I couldn't believe my ears.
Unbelievable, so unprofessional, Aldo came with a bad attitude from the beginning, it was obvious that he didn't want to do the job properly and is taking advantage of the Real Estate and the owners by ripping them off and charging for a job that is not done. They take advantage that people are not in the properties to verify the job. I caught him by surprise being at home today for the "supposedly painting".

I had an old cooktop replaced. First all seemed well. After just 12 days, the cooktop was giving off a strong burning smell and kept tripping power. Technicians came back and found that it wasn't installed correctly, and the cooktop was no longer viable. I was told that had I used it more it could have started an electrical fire.

It was replaced with another new cooktop. 5 months later, the new cooktop starts turning itself on, by itself after cooking, and only providing heat to the burners for 5-6 seconds (20-25 minutes to get water to boil!).

Technician came out and could not find a fault advised no charge.
Due to an injury I was not at the house until Jan 19th, when I discovered, once again the cooktop was not working.

On Jan 20th, before even having a chance to call the company - Detail PTY LTD send me an email demanding payment for $95 for the technician visit and tell me it is overdue. Despite never having issued an invoice they backdated it until Jan 9th and demanded immediate payment. I brought up the issue with the cooktop again, they told me it's not their problem and to take it up with the manufacturer.

I am now having to submit a warranty claim, and will be using a new electrician to install yet another cooktop correctly.

Only good thing I found was that the technicians themselves were good (ignoring that it was installed incorrectly), however the company wants to wash their hands of you if issues arise.

One of their workers has damaged my car while unloading/loading gear. I've found out next day due to it was already dark as they've left. After an email, they've showed up for an assessment of the damage. We came to an agreement to share the costs and that they will take care to find the right company to repair it. Unfortunately, I've never heard from them again.
This company is very irresponsible and unreliable.

Would not recommend. They stuffed up a job and had to come back, and they severely overcharged.

While I am happy to pay for what is fair, I had to make a small change to the quote and they charged me an additional $190. If you want to pay $685 for about $400 worth of work feel free to go here.

Stay away, they don't pay invoices.
Delivered IBC containers and have been getting the run around since.

Was supposed to be payment on delivery. But have every excuses under the sun to why it can't be paid.
