Excellent service! My first time in store and they helped me out with eye test and picking the lences and frames for glasses. Cheaper than I expected and kealie was a great help!
Recommend for young and elderly.

Booking very simple on line or over the phone. When I got there the attention was upstanding from start to end. Got the test done, and the went to talk to the optometrist, and she enquire about my family history (first time at this centre) and recommended extra tests. I got the extra test done 3 weeks after, when picking up my new glasses. Definitely will be returning to this branch from now on. Thank you Team!!

Kaelie is such a beautiful lady who helped us (3x family members) during each of our optometrist check-up tests, frame choosing and collection. She helped with a friendly vibe and open to listen when we voiced our concerns/ questions. Was a lovely experience from start to finish. Thanks and happy new year! xx

I cannot thank Homma Ebrahimi enough. All the staff are wonderful and listen to your needs, however she was the only one who figured out exactly what I needed. She showed me why my the glasses I had were not working for me, and found the right script for me.
She deserves a great deal of credit, again thank you Homma!!!

Had the best customer service experience i could have asked for.
Ordered 2 pairs of multifocal glasses and i just could not get used to them whatsoever so i returned them to the Bankstown Central Store and with no issues they took them back and arranged for me 2 new pairs of glasses 1x For reading and 1x for far distance and the staff were just amazing i def recommend Spec Savers and especially the Bankstown Centro Central store.

Was with Roselands for a very long time. Was unhappy there but made the transition to Bankstown. Best decision. Professional and good quality customer care. Totally recommend.
