Bankstown Carpet Court

We got 2 bedroom carpets done. Chris was extremely helpful and patient with our questions, educating us about the different carpets and maintenance. We also had bolts in the ground, which we queried if Carpet Court could remove it; they didn't have the tools to do so as the bolts were thick but Chris was very attentive to understand the situation and try to find a solution. We ended up getting the bolts removed by someone else.

After choosing our carpet and getting the estimated quote from Chris, a guy came the next day to measure out the rooms for the exact price.

Because of the time it took to deliver in the carpet from Melbourne, installation happened a week later. There were some delays on our end because of some mould issues in one of the rooms. Once that got fixed, Carpet Court was able to install the remaining carpet within the week.

Payment was to be split as 20% deposit then remaining 80% at completion. Carpet Court was accommodating to the delays and payment was done as 20/40/40 instead.

We were very happy with Chris and the process of us choosing our long-awaited and needed carpet for the first floor if our 4 bedroom house. The carpet layer, Steve, was a fellow cockney and this added to the whole experience. The carpet looks great and fitted perfectly.

Great service from start to end. The staffs are friendly and professional. On the day of instalment, they came on time, did the job quick and result is fantastic. Reasonable price and high quality of workmanship. Highly recommended !

These guys are amazing. Chris was so patient and helpful when I came into the store, he spent probably a good hour explaining the different types of hard floor coverings and addressing all my concerns regarding the removal of the existing floor covering. He even arranged for the installer to come out in advance to check out the site.

New floors were laid yesterday and I couldn't be happier. The installers did a really great job, very thorough and efficient, and it looks fantastic! Better than I even hoped. Would not hesitate to recommend Bankstown Carpet Court for anyone needing new floor coverings.

Chris took great time to assist with the choice of carpet, including providing 2 good sized samples to take and view in our home. The workers arrived on time and the end result is fantastic. Munzir and Chris went above and beyond to make carpet happen for us within 2 days of our visit to the store. Large variety of choices but most of all a very friendly and knowledgeable team! The advice I received on a tricky installation of hybrid flooring on stairs with a glass balustrade together with the great price and expert fitting left me very happy. Fantastic service. Mounzir was extremely helpful throughout the entire process from choosing the right carpet right through to installation. We had Bankstown Carpet Court to install new carpet for our apartment and they were great! The guy came in and did a fantastic job. Quote were reasonable and they gave us a lot of options which we can choose from.

Went into the store to get a small amount of carpet for a repair and Munzir was very helpful. He suggested Fardin to come and do the repair who did such an amazing job and was really helpful. Would definitely recommend them and Carpet Court Bankstown.

The service is great and efficient. I came in with the kids and the gentleman was really friendly and even gave us a large free sample to take home. I highly recommend this Carpet Court. They sell wooden flooring and roller blinds, too.

These guys are great. Had bamboo floors installed and they were nothing but helpful the whole time. Went above and beyond the call on all occasions we met, opened the store after hours, brought lots of samples to our place. Floors look great, highly recommend these guys.
