Jindalee Care Medical Practice

I first met Bhavik when he first started the practice and it was two maybe three drs. I left the country but upon return I have now returned to an amazing, thriving practice and Bhavik has remained the same calm professional he always was. Many have poor ethics and don’t survive but not only does he have a thriving very well secured dr population and excellent staff who never take anyone’s time for granted as I myself am a specialist, I understand to put together, grow and have amazing staff really sets his practice as one of the best I have seen travelling and living abroad. Thankyou to Bhavik and his team and I hope he and his family prosper from the shear workload he makes look easy but it’s not . Congratulations on the move and I hope to remain within his care until either he or I can’t practice due to retirements. Thankyou so much to the entire team.

I travel 25min to attend this practise! The doctors are thorogh and the reception staff and registered nurses are super helpful and go above and beyond to support your needs. Could not recommend this practice more!

I don't understand why this practice doesn't have anything other than 5 stars! I have been coming to this clinic for almost a decade and no matter where I live I have always made the trip because I have been unable to find a practice that compares! Not only are the reception and admin ladies absolutely fantastic but all of the doctors are wonderful!!! I never thought I'd find a doctor I liked as much as Dr Eve Jenkins but recently I've been seeing Dr Amy Donovan and she is just fantastic both doctors show loads of compassion and true care for their patients. Whoever is in charge of hiring at this practice definitely knows how to pick them!
I'd be lying if I didn't say there are occasional wait times but it's a very small price to pay for the quality of care at this clinic, not just from the two mentioned doctors but everyone. Bring a book, problem solved!

Great service. I highlight Dr. Rumna’s patience to work with my unsettled child. She was very thorough and offered the right treatment. Also, the receptionists were attentive and lovely.

Dr Eve Jenkins has genuinely changed my life. I always feel extremely comfortable, listened to and supported when I see her. I’ve been seeing her since early 2020 and I’m just so glad and feel so lucky to have a GP who genuinely cares about me!

I would share my experiences with "Jindalee Care Medical Practice" - specifically Dr Jenkins. This woman is amazing. She goes above and beyond literally every single time I see her. To keep the post short, I'll highlight some of the things she does that make her amazing:
- My daughter woke up with her eye swollen shut in ZIMBABWE and Dr Jenkins arranged to FaceTime me in order to see and then advise what we should do
- During a normal consult, there was question as to whether I needed to pay to see a specialist (that would have cost me $400), and she phoned for me instead, got a quick answer and saved me the money
- She makes every effort to squeeze us in to see her if there's an urgent need
- She is friendly and happy (seemingly all the time!) And I hear her interacting with her doctor and office staff colleagues - you can hear how her bubbly nature literally lightens up the mood!
Highly highly recommend her.

The team at Jindalee Care Medical Practice are always so lovely and welcoming. Very professional manner and I always leave a consultation with Dr Damodar feeling like my health concerns have been listened to. Amazing experience every time.

Dr Jenkins is a saviour. She is truly the best GP I have ever had, she truly cares and does whatever she can to try to help. I moved interstate late 2020 and can say I would fly across the country regularly specifically to see Dr Jenkins over seeing anyone else. She is the most wonderful doctor I could have ever asked for and I feel very grateful to still be able to have phone appointments. I don't know how I would cope with my chronic illnesses without her. Thank you so much Eve! Only criticism of the practice is sometime the receptionists are rude but I understand it is a busy role

I am surprised at the feedback on here so had to give mine.
We have been attending this practice for years. We have a highly caring, compassionate, helpful doctor. The kids are only happy to go to the doctors if we are going to Dr Moss/Jindalee Care Medical Practice. Everywhere can get busy but even when they are busy we never have to wait long at all so I am surprised to see what others have said! Never had any problems with reception either, even if they are rushing(as it can get very busy for them) they are never rude, even when having so much work to do and multitask non-stop. Highly recommend!!!

The team at Jindalee Care are very helpful and assists the patient. The Doctors are good and explains the medical jargon in plain simple English. The location is very good, close to pharmacy, coles, eateries,coffee. I would give my 5 out of 5 stars

sitting in our remote village over the border, we have been fortunate enough to find a gem of a doctor. We feel so blessed to have a kind and empathetic soul that is professional. She is one of a kind.

Massive thank you to Michaela, Tanita and all staff involved today with helping me get my 18 month old twins vaccinated today, they were overtired and I was overwhelmed and the staff did whatever they could to help settle the baby’s and make the trip as calm as possible. Highly recommend this lovely team.
