Ross has a Great shop and great customer service and
attitude…I bought my 600 liters tank from him and most of the stuff in it (lights,CO2 system , soil, plants ,wood n stones ) and also all my fishes… his stock of fish and shrimp are great…water is always nice ,clean and without any invasion of snails (like you can found in many others pet shop) always friendly and it s always a pleasure to pop up at his shop(even if I live +30kms away) and I always ending buying something…prices are really good n fair for the good quality stock he has…I definitely recommend the place,especially if you re into the hobby like I m am…Oli

It is such a beautiful, inspiring and joyful shop. Ross gave me meaningful advice about how to improve my aquariums too. I totally recommend it to anyone who wants to learn more about aquariums and buy excellent, happy plants and fish. Amazing! 🙏🏾

Peta is actually the best... Store owner (think his name is jasmine or something) is ok I guess but has mediocre taste in music.. Apart from that tho, yeah I'd consider going again if I realllly have to 🙄

Best aquarium store on the coast! Fish are diverse, healthy, and well cared for. They carry a huge variety of plants and natural tank decor items (wood, stone, substrate). Various shrimp as well.

Everything you might need is here - even pre-cycled tanks (if you don't yet know about the nitrogen cycle, or how to do a 'fishless cycle' before adding fish to your new tank, please do research ASAP!).

Super knowledgeable staff, and they even have a loyalty program. Highly recommended. Pic is of my new pygmy corydoras - the cutest, most entertaining little fish ever!

Also the only place I know that supplies fresh live Blackworms at a top price.
I highly recommend a visit to Arcy's.

Store was super close to highway exit, so it's very easy to find.
Store had a lovely selection of shrimp and some of the aquariums were just stunning.
The anubias setups were pretty and the tanks were in pristine condition.
I'd visit the place much more if I lived closer but I live Northside sadly.

Excellent customer service and ross was happy to chat with me about food options, plant issues and Cory breeds.

The tanks are incredible and the staff were amazing and very helpful and have incredible fish knowledge. Will most definitely be back!

Absolutely stunning shop. This place is filled with custom made aquariums and plants galore. There are plenty of healthy fish plants and shrimp that are not commonly found in most aquarium shops. In this shop you will find everything you need for a flourishing aquarium. The owner is friendly and present and has a wealth of knowledge that he is keen to share. Highly recommend.

This awesome family owned business is getting better by the day! The store is filled with amazing planted tanks and plenty of accessories. They stock fish and plants that are hard to find elsewhere, anyone interested aquascaping will be glad they made the visit. Ross and the team know their stuff and always make you feel welcome. This is a photo of a Macrostoma betta, just one of the beautiful and not so common fish they have on offer.

Really helpful and gives great and easy advice. The owner has makes you feel welcomed and is passionate about his work. Also, the guard dog was very cute and had excellent customer service.

Peta was amazing. I went in with the intention of purchasing some shrimp. However after a lot of conversation and huge amounts of spot on advice I left with plants and fish better suited to my needs. Honestly could not have asked for better service or advice.

I travel over 2.5 hours to visit and buy from this shop. It's beautiful, and SO worth the drive.

Don't go to this place unless you want to be stuck in there for hours. Ross, the owner, is far too knowledgeable and friendly!! Treats all customers with utmost respect and makes you feel so at home that you want to come back every day... both Ross and the wonderful lady who works there are very experienced in fishkeeping and are fun to talk to. They will give you honest advice and are an invaluable resource to both beginner and experienced fishkeepers. The fish tanks are all masterfully aquascaped and fishies are far too healthy, also they stock too many species that are impossible to find anywhere else. Ross has given us some incredible advice too, and welcomes everyone to admire the scapes, he'll let me stay for hours even if I'm not always there to purchase something. Not to mention the rediculously large selection of high quality shrimp, it's so hard to choose which ones are the prettiest that my eyes started watering from not blinking enough... Sucks how affordable and reasonably everything is too, makes you want to cry knowing you spend $50+ on a mediocre Betta at pet barn when you could've paid nearly half that. Also, beware of Jack the guard dog! He will follow you around asking for belly rubs, and even though I have allergies it is not possible to stop because he will win your heart over! So don't visit unless you are planning on bringing enough spare clothing, a tent and a sleeping bag!!!

Always busy and for good reason! Ross and the lady have incredible knowledge about all aquatic animals/ plants and amazing patience with new people getting into the hobby.

I have been shopping at Arcy for awhile. Ross is always friendly and certainly knows his stuff. Have everything a novice and experienced aquarium enthusiast could want.
