Walton Bridge Medical Centre Glen Affric Street (previously SmartClinics)

I went hear 10 years ago, and checked the reviews before returning. The reviews honestly put me off, but I went for familiarity.

I can confirm, the reception staff, nurses (Simon) and Dr Valentine, were amazing. They were beyond excellent. More than friendly, good conversation, put my nerves at ease (and I had a lot riding on today).

I can’t speak for others, but I strongly suggest you book and make your own mind up. The reviews honestly don’t do this place justice.

A very clean and sterile clinic. Great front office staff and my procedure went without a hitch. Dr Valentine talked to me through the whole procedure keeping down my anxiety level and it was over in no time.

Dr Valentine made the whole procedure as pain free and straight forward as possible, I'd highly recommend him and his practice!!

Quick and easy process with dr valentine very friendly staff all round the whole procedure was all done In under 30mins from walking in to walking out.

I felt welcomed and informed, Dr Valentine did a great job, we had a few laughs through the procedure.

We appreciate the help we get from Smart Clinic Glen Aflick St. Dr Valentine is usually running on time, the surgery is clean and the staff pleasant and efficient. We are fortunate to be clients of this clinic.

Dr Surtees - high knowledge and exemplary “bedside manner”. It is so that I travel 36 kilometres across Brisbane from Forestdale to see her.

My husband , I and a disabled patient that lives with us uses this practice. We have had excellent care from Doctors Naicker Vasantha, and Matthew Valentine. They cover each others patients at times, and I can tell you that service is not to be faulted. They are all over the detail of our health, and we have been treated at all times with kindness and compassion. We have a high care patient living with me, and I have been told if we have an emergency at home, they will just come when needed. Also the nurses Ros and Emma have cared for me when having a lesion and also helped when my friend had a bad fall. Seriously you can not get better care from this practice and the receptionists are just as helpful. Anne M

Incredible doctors. They do house calls as well. Dr Yelland was kind enough to come and see me on a Saturday night when I had an emergency at home. One of the other doctors was thorough enough to go through a list of 20 possible causes for my fever and pinpointed it to an obscure mosquito borne disease. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Doctor Valentine did an excellent job, did not feel anything and was very professional
