Pacific Hotel Brisbane

Had a wonderful overnight stay in a two bedroom apartment on the 7th floor. The renovated apartment was huge! And it had a giant terrace with views of the city and river. We do suggest another mirror/s be placed in perhaps the bedroom and/or living area, as it was a little tricky sharing one bathroom mirror between 4 ladies at times. Also, the shower seemed to leak out under the hinge end of the shower door so the bathroom floor got really wet. Just a couple of maintenance suggestions. Thank you very much, we look forward to our next stay.

After an exhausting trip walking up (never again) to the Pacific Hotel from the railway station, it was lovely to walk into an awesome room with plenty of space and access to a balcony. Although the weather prevented me from sitting outside. The staff were lovely, but I was hoping for a stool request for my room to put my swollen feet up.
Don't forget guys to fix that sliding door!!!

A most enjoyable stay. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff were extremely obliging and helpful. The food at Osteria was really nice also. Will be coming back!

Overlooking the scenic and underrated Roma Parklands, my travel woes were graciously met by a professional, patient, loyal, and kind Belgian manager. Underrated establishment with excellent food on property that is fairly priced. I'm a fan

Didn't stay but function room was great and bar staff downstairs were lovely and helpful.

Stayed for a night for a business trip.
Restaurant has great food, albeit a little on the pricey side.
Breakfast buffet was great, all the usual things and well cooked and tasty and plenty of it!
The room was spacious and comfortable, the King size bed was one of the more comfy ones that ive slept in.
What is great is that the shower head is up nice and high, so a tall guy like me doesnt have to bend to get my hair wet.
Location is close to the train, across the road from a nice park and a short stroll to Queen street mall.
Would definitely stay again.

I stayed here for a staycation with my husband and 1yo. They were so accommodating and helpful. The room was absolutely barren in preparation for our arrival so my son couldn't cause chaos, which was amazing thinking on their part. The room was inviting and comfortable. They provided a clean cot for my son.

Truly, we had the most amazing stay, and I will be staying again.

Loved this place! The rooms are lovely - gorgeous view! They have excellent room service and the restaurant is simply devine. I highly recommend the cocktails….just a pleasure to stay at! At good value for money!! I’ll be back!

The staff were lovely! Location is surrounded by beautiful gardens and a wonderful view, it is up a bit of a hill but a short walk to the bustling parts of the city, the pool and gym are also lovely! Definitely recommend this place

The restaurant is very decent although they don't take cash which I think is ridiculous.

We stay in Brisbane a few times a year from the sunny coast and it meets all your needs. Rooms are clean , staff are very helpful and defiantly value for money. Free bus outside to the city and on average $10 return in an Uber from felons bar. What a great weekend and will defiantly be booking again.

The staff at the Pacific are amazing. We are staying a few nights before our wedding in the Roma Street Parklands and they have gone above and beyond and have been so welcoming and excited for us. They even put out a little cheese platter and bottle of wine which we never expected! Would definitely recommend staying here. The suites are large and the location is perfect if you are getting married in the Parklands.

The view from the room was absolutely stunning. I have never stayed in such a clean and fresh hotel ever. I was delighted with our stay. Breakfast options could be improved but ideal location to go into the city for breakie also

You couldn’t land a better hotel than the Pacific in Brisbane.

The rooms are very comfortable and the balcony makes your two weeks instantly bearable and in fact, quite enjoyable.

The service is efficient and helpful. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The menu is posted daily on a community Facebook page and are something to look forward to. The meals are varied, fresh, filling and quite delicious. There are plentiful snacks through-out (in fact, I took a lot home and donated the rest). The daily games break up the monotony of the day. On the odd occasion the meal doesn’t strike your fancy - online takeaway and grocery orders can be delivered directly to your room. The coffee on-site is an optional extra but quite good.

You can request creature comforts too - a robe, a microwave/highchair/portacot for a baby etc.

The staff here are excellent. The gentleman who works the breakfast shift was always polite and very efficient, despite being very busy. He even remembered my coffee preference! And the reception staff I spoke to were equally polite, friendly and helpful. They really make the difference. Also, the hotel location is great for exploring Brisbane. Will stay again.
