Barracks Pharmacy

I put in a script today and the Pharmacist looked a bit worried, but did as the doctor had prescribed. The Pharmacist called me five minutes after I had left the chemist and said "Hold off taking the medication I need to check this with your Doctor". My Doctor rang me later and apologised as he had accidentally doubled the medication needed. Great pick up from the Pharmacist who went to the trouble of doing a double check with the my Doctor.

The pharmacy is located very close to the city and has everything that I need. I can get my script done while I shop at Coles around the corner.

The pharmacist and pharmacy assistant provided great service! I will definitely be back when I need professional advice.

A great pharmacy with wonderful staff who are always ready to help and give you advise/info.

Unfortunately there was a price increase on this product between your visits, however the new price was adjusted incorrectly and should have been $6.95. We have rectified the issue in our system and would like to reimburse you the difference, if you could drop back into our store with your receipts.

GREAT PEOPLE GREAT ADVICE. run by professional and caring people, went well out of their way for me while I was in Milton on holidays over the xmas break. Couldnt be happier with the way they helped me with my script and dealing with my local Sydney pharmacy. I would recommend these guys any day of the week, and if I lived up that way in Milton I would make them my local go to pharmacy!! Thank you so much guys you really helped me!

Serves it's purpose

Slow service (over 10 minutes to get a script filled) and $10 more expensive than chemist warehouse for my prescription? Would rather save my time and money. Would recommend driving the 2 minutes to Priceline at spring hill!

When I was in the pharmacy recently I saw one customer almost given the wrong medication. She suddenly realised that the script she was signing wasn't hers and alerted staff.
When I asked about the progress of my scripts, after much searching, it was discovered that my medication had been signed for, paid for and taken away by another customer. Fortunately while all of the kerfuffle was going on, the customer returned and she was then given her correct medication and I received mine.
This scenario could have had a disastrous ending. Imagine if a confused, elderly patient had been given the incorrect medication.
