We returned a toy that was faulty (absolutely no fault of the store) and the attitude and response from the staff and management was excellent. Helpful, obliging and keen to offer a refund or replacement. We chose to take a replacement which is working perfectly. Thank you for you wonderful customer service. Highly recommended.

The team at Warragul Toyworld are fantastic. Helping me out many times for kids presents. Recently, with a toy guitar that was misbehaving that was purchased just before Christmas, thankfully a quick fix and no charge but nonetheless the service and attempt to resolve the issue was much appreciated. This is by far Warragul’s best place to shop for all children’s gifts! Every single staff member goes above and beyond to help with finding the ideal present. The complimentary gift wrapping is just the icing on the cake when it comes to the service here. And there is such a great range of things to buy. Thanks to Eliza and Geoff for their continual help!

This toystore is awesome. The people are super helpful and friendly, reminding me to get batteries for one of the toys and recommending the right kind (I had thought of neither of these things), and recommending to avoid tap water for sea monkeys... They have a good range too, so I'm more than impressed! Thanks 😊

Always competitive prices. The staff are very helpful even if they don't have the item you are wanting in store, they will make phone calls to see if they can get it for you. This happened to me twice in the last fortnight and was a successful outcome both times.
Why shop out of town with service like this.
