We’re onto our second build with CDC Homes, and they’ve exceeded our expectations once again. The customer service from the entire team is second to none - Sam is professional & approachable, Carlo is extremely knowledgeable & patient when it comes to explaining all things construction, and the admin team are fantastic to deal with. Their finished product is of such high quality - we can't wait until later this year to move into our forever home carefully constructed by CDC!

I had been looking for a couple of years for a reputable builder to build my ‘dream home’. I went to countless displays over that period and couldn’t find the right home for me. Last year I met Dominic Cugliari and from that meeting on I knew I was in good hands and he together with CDC homes were asked to build my ‘forever home’.

Throughout the build Dom was wonderful. He accepted my alterations to the floor plan, upgrades and changes along the way without hesitation. He kept me updated during the build and together with his knowledge and professionalism my dream home was completed on time, which is something rare in these challenging times.

The team at CDC, from management through to my site supervisor Daniel and the lovely admin staff, have all been fantastic and highly professional. The quality of the build is exceptional and above standard and when compared to neighbouring builds non comparable.

Sam, Carlo and the team at CDC has consistently done that for me.
In addition, being time poor and with Sam’s knowledge of the ‘in’s and out’s’ of council, meant I could save a lot of time in the planning and pre-production phases of my developments.
They even helped with what would be the best design and layout for the area and market.
I will continue to use them for my projects.
